Was in line for 10 minutes as the only one in the store. Asked if it would be much longer she said give me 5 minutes. WITH NOBODY IN THE STORE. Waiting for 15 mins when im the only one in line and not even getting to order is absurd. No wonder the place was empty. Will be gone soon im sure

Certainly not the best sandwich in the world, let alone Jasper Ave.
Pretty basic selection, think Subway, without the customization. $11.5 for a sandwich, $26 for a combo I think. Quick service, friendly staff, clean area. But the sandwiches don't seem to be anything special. I got the Italian sub.

Vegetarian options: Not many on menu, but could probably request no meat.

Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs inside. No ramp, but has a wheelchair lift.

Always great customer service, the lady at the front is always smiling and happy to see you. They forgot to add chicken to one sandwich once, I brought it up and they offered the extra chicken for free on my sandwich. Nice place for lunch if you work/live close by.

Ordered a turkey club.
Asked for spinach.
The bread was over toasty, no spinach and the lettuce was wilted.
Very, disappointing.

I ordered the meatbal sub, and it was alright. I was expecting a little more for $12. I enjoyed the bread, it seemed good quality. But there are just better options for the price downtown. Staff was friendly and informative.

As a family, we went to the Earl of Sandwich in Disney and we thought it was amazing. So when a shop opened up in Edmonton, we wanted to try it. Today, we were downtown for a gym class and then decided to get some sandwiches on the way home. The sandwiches were absolutely incredible...so delicious! Service was prompt and friendly. Sandwiches are just the right size and reasonably priced. We will definitely go back.

The sandwich bread here is soft, warm, and easy on the stomach. I ordered 'The Montague' and saw that there was a decent ratio of meat to cheese, lettuce, and tomato. None of the ingredients really stood out, however, it takes a subtle palette to be able to appreciate a sandwich made by 'Earl of Sandwich' with its delicate flavors intermixed with all the others. I would return. The breads at others like Subway use bread that hasn't been baked fresh to order (and that makes a difference) despite the price difference.Service was good; in that the staff were responsive and delivered on time. As for the dining area, it is large enough for some office groups to drop by for soup. They have comfort classics like 'mac n' cheese'.The place was kept clean.

Parking: There isn't an easily accessible park in front but it's an easy walk from any office building and easy to drop by for a bite. If one is taking a bus or else happens to be parked in the parking area of the Sobey's across the street, a quick dash in and out won't take long.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift for people who need it.

Went with friends and had a pretty good experience, forgot pickles on our Cubans but when asked for a bowl of pickles she made us new sandwiches whole, really really good service after this and a pretty tasty sandwich.

Wheelchair accessibility: Nice to see a wheelchair accessible environment.

2 cobb salads - no dressing. 2 beef dip - no dip - ordered 2 Club sandwiches and 1 beef dip - received 1 club sandwich and 2 beef dip (without the dip). Ordered pepperoni pizza bread and didn't receive it - ordered through SKIP.....

So good! I had the Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and it was delicious. We had it on special, but even at full price it would be worth it. Definitely going back.

Had the original today and the cran and brie. Both sandwhiches are quite good especially since Earl of sandwhich is a chain. One thing I would like to see is bigger sandwhiches for the price. If you could increase it by thirty percent the money value per sandwhich would be really good.

For my vegetarian friends: this place serves a joke of a vegetarian sandwich. A few shreds of lettuce, feta cheese, and salad dressing. ?

The sandwiches are mediocre and overpriced.
