Earls Kitchen + Bar provides an enjoyable late night happy hour experience with prompt food delivery and attentive service. The management team consistently checks on tables, fostering a relaxed atmosphere where guests can dress up or down. The restaurant features spacious, comfy booths, and the ambiance is very relaxed—guests do not need to yell to be heard, and it does not feel crowded or noisy. The food options include tasty and affordable choices from the happy hour menu, and the service staff is friendly and attentive. Guests have noted the excellent drink recommendations, which enhance the overall experience. The women’s washroom remains very clean, and the environment is warm and welcoming, with staff providing good service and keeping guests updated during wait times.
However, some menu items are missing, such as the angry lettuce chicken wraps, and the happy hour beer selection is quite limited. Some guests have expressed disappointment in certain items, like the salmon sushi, which had very little fish. There is also a desire for more dessert options on the happy hour menu. Portions can be small; for example, Yam fries as a starter may feel too tiny for the price of almost $13. Tipping options starting at 15% might add to the overall cost, but overall, the experience remains positive with great food and service.
