The food was great, and the service was amazing. There was about a 10 minute wait, and our hostess, Mia, kept everyone who was waiting company and kept us updated the whole time. Such warm smiles and environment from everyone there!

I recently dined at Earls Kitchen + Bar in West Edmonton Mall and had an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mia, the host. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail set the tone for a memorable evening.
The ambiance of the restaurant was lively yet comfortable, making it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the food was served promptly and cooked to perfection.

The service was so quick and our waitress Michelle checked up on us lots and made sure our diet cokes were always refilled :) the manager Angel even came and checked on our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal which you don’t see a manager doing often!! It really felt like the staff cared PLUS the food was so delicious the spinach dip is the best and fettuccine Alfredo is chefs kiss always cooked to perfection. This earls is always my go to it’s the best

What really made the night stand out, though, was the service. Will was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. His drink recommendations were spot on, and he took the time to make sure every cocktail was made to perfection. He brought great energy to the bar, making everyone feel welcome and taken care of.

I had a terrible experience at earls bourbon street (West Edmonton Mall) that I feel compelled to share. My friends and I were having a nice evening until we were abruptly asked to leave by the staff (Keegan). They accused us of "throwing up in the bathroom," which was completely untrue! We were shocked and embarrassed, as we had done nothing wrong. The managers approach was rude and unjustified, making us feel unwelcome and humiliated. The situation ruined our night, and I would never recommend this restaurant based on how we were treated. There are plenty of other places that value their customers more. Although the server did his job well. ??

Only 1 star based on the bad experience I was given purely by the manager named Keegan. Our server was tremendous and friendly, did his job very well. They cut off of our drinks after having 4 drinks each. We were told that someone had regurgitated in the washroom and the manager had assumed it was one of us. I’ve lost 3 close friends this month and my dog last week. I just wanted to relax with some friends and our time was ended by an assumption that was clearly false. And to quote keegan “im not saying it was one of you, but It’s up to our discretion who we want to serve and I don’t need to give you any other reason.”

I ordered pasta and it's very dry and the pasta noodles is hard. When I inform the staff she replied to me that she will bring sauce instead of changing it. Not coming back here.

Not sure about the food. Went here around 11am on a Tuesday. Not a customer in there. Asked to sit at the very front where we could see bourbon street. She said that section wasn't open. I asked if the server could walk the extra 20 feet. There wasn't 1 customer in there. Answer was no. Went towards the back. The music was way too loud. We left. Came next door. Can still hear the music over here. Very annoying for a Tuesday morning. I guess that's why there are no customers. Customer service isn't great.
