We brought our staff here and the service was not the best. Messed up orders. Didn't bring utensils with food. And one of our employees pulled a plastic bread tag from her mouth which was in her fish tacos. As the person who booked this lunch, I felt awful. Our employee totally lost her appetite and the whole experience ruined what was supposed to be a fun holiday celebration for our local business.

The reservation service was great. We were able to communicate last minute changes quickly and changes took effect immediately. The meal took a bit longer than anticipated but we did have a large party. I highly recommend this venue for large family gatherings.

Friday lunch hour and it was busy waited 25 minutes for the very first contact with the server. After that wait we decided to order food along with beverages and we were glad we did as the food came out about 30 minutes later. 55 minutes for the food to come out...we were not in a big hurry but it would have been tight if it had been our lunch hour!

We had such a fun evening at Earls, celebrating my in-laws' 51st anniversary! We made a weekend of it — even took in the Habs game on the 23rd — and our dinner at Earls was the perfect highlight. The restaurant was amazing, putting together tables for 20 of us on short notice. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the truffle tortellini with a 4 oz steak — it did not disappoint! Not too rich, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and there was even enough for others to try a bite. Loved it so much. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and they even took a group photo for us. Thank you, Earls, for making it such a special and memorable evening!
