We have been to this restaurant a couple of times now. The serving staff have all been polite, attentive and easy to chat with.
My favorite meal is the ribs and chicken. Everything is always tender and tasty. The sides are nice portions and the meals arrive quickly.

WOW WOW WOW!!! I went out to earls for my 19th birthday and I have never gotten better service quality from my server Gurshaan. I had the Nashville crispy chicken sandwich reccomended by him, and he was RIGHT ON THE MONEY! It was so juicy and flavourful with those addictive sweet pickles. I HIGHLY recommend this location and commend them on their pursuit of excellence in creating a delicious and heartwarming experience. Thank you so much to the Earls staff for an amazing birthday celebration and most of all GOOD FOOD!!!

From the first time he served us at Earls, it was clear he was different. Not just professional and on-point with the service (which he absolutely is), but genuine. You can feel it. Josh doesn’t treat you like just another table — he treats you like people. Like friends.
He remembers us, checks in like he actually cares how we’re doing, and somehow brings this relaxed, welcoming vibe that instantly lifts your mood. It's more than just good service — it’s hospitality with heart. And trust me, that’s rare.
At this point, we don’t go to Earls just for the food — we go because we know Josh is working. He’s become a highlight of our night, every time. What started as a server-customer relationship turned into a real connection, and we’re grateful for that.

Went to earls for the first time in a while, and all I can say is it was amazing. Not only was the new menu delicious, but the service was very nice. I had an amazing host named Izzy, was super accommodating to our seating needs and made sure we were comfortable, and a really nice server named Bree! Food came in the perfect amount of time, and the atmosphere was really calming. Will be back a second time, very pleased.

Food is cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Have been here multiple times and I'm never disappointed by the quality of food that I am served. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, which you feel from the moment you are greeted at the front. Every interaction with staff, from waiters/waitresses, bartenders to management, is positive and uplifting. If you're in the west end and choosing between the Earl's at West Ed and this location, I highly highly recommend coming here every time.
