Great food, attentive staff. We were a large party and Earls was able to take care of us without any issues.
We were celebrating my aunt 88th birthday and our server was so personable, kind, attentive and patient with our aunt's questions about the meal sizes and selections. Our meal service was great too and our selections were delicious! We were also very impressed with the birthday dessert we were treated to. It was a beautiful lunch experience, we were very impressed and look forward to our next visit. Thank you!!!
The staff were very helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Our waitress Sidney was great.
Always a great experience at Earls. Always appreciate the fact that as celiacs we can eat there so easily. We were with a variety of age groups including two seniors and it was nice to be able to hear what everyone was saying. Service was great.
Need near WEM but less jostling for parking and a better Patio? Come visit this location and enjoy the chill vibe.
Had a great lunch at Earls. Service was excellent and good was great. Over lunches the kitchen was busy so food took a little longer than normal but worth the wait. Will be back!
Lovely service, good good, very low key atmosphere and easy to hear the other person, as the music is not super loud
Pros- Happy hour menu had some tasty affordable choices. Booth was spacious, comfy, clean. Atmosphere very relaxed- dress up or down as you like. Did not have to yell to be heard but didn't feel like everyone was listening in. Women's washroom very clean. Good service staff. Cons- they removed angry lettuce chicken wraps completely; very limited Happy Hour beer selection;would have liked to see some dessert on Happy Hour menu.
Disappointed in this experience. Server was borderline manic, told our table his shift had been cut and needed us to settle our bill before our meal was done. I asked if our bill could be transferred to another server and that I felt as though he was rushing us and he said that wasn't an option. He said another server would take over our table after we paid and we could order anything else we wanted, but no other server came. The food was fine, but our Father's Day and university graduation celebration was diminished and disappointing.
The place was extremely cold! Why I am not sure it hasn't been hot in Edmonton the past few days so....it wasn't that busy so maybe they were expecting more people to heat it up. The tortellini was not impressive. The pasta was too thick and the sauce nothing much and the shrimp over cooked all a disappointment. Had the Yuzu Calami it was spot on! Recommend highly! The steak was ok done med rare as requested but tough not sure what happened there.

We have been to this restaurant a couple of times now. The serving staff have all been polite, attentive and easy to chat with.
My favorite meal is the ribs and chicken. Everything is always tender and tasty. The sides are nice portions and the meals arrive quickly.
Breanna & Renny were our servers and did a great job.
always great! Breanna and Renny were amazing!
Evan was awesome! Best service we have experienced in years. Finally seems like this location has a good team of staff. We will come back sooner than later.
We had a wonderful birthday and business lunch. Our server was extremely attentive and it was a nice touch to have a handwritten birthday card at the table as well as desserts to celebrate a birthday and a work anniversary. My only complaint was the portion size of Yam fries as a starter was very small for almost $13.
