I had a great experience at Earls Tin Palace thanks to our server, Marian. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. Marian checked in at the perfect times, made great menu suggestions, and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed or pushy.
You can tell she really cares about giving good service — our drinks were always topped up, our food came out exactly as expected, and she had such a positive, upbeat attitude the whole time. She definitely made our visit more enjoyable, and I’d happily ask to sit in her section again. Thanks for the great service, Marian!

The service was excellent, as was the food. Everything was great except right at the end. There was a grate overtop of my head in the ceiling and it was making weird noises, almost like it could fall down on me. That should maybe be looked at. Other than that, top notch.

I’ll just like to understand waiting for 15 minutes to meet your server. Not even a hi my name is x or water. Nothing. Just sat there looking at the paintings.
Upon leaving, the same girl that sat us down had the audacity to say have a good night.
It felt like a practical joke. Keep in mind the lounge was empty. Literally just 6 tables max.
Instead of making a scene. We just walked out. Do better.
We were helped and served very diligently. Unfortunately Earls no longer offers Happy Hour in areas that are not the atrium and bar area, so we asked if we could move as we were in the dining area. This was accommodated and we were thankful for the extra time the hostess and our server put into moving us so we were able to access Happy Hour. Our server was also amazing. So heads up to all for this location, if you want Happy Hour you must specifically request the bar or atrium area.

Fantastic family birthday celebration. I had pre ordered a dessert. They handled it perfectly. Amazing table, fantastic service, just perfect. 10 stars. We will be back.
