We celebrated our anniversary at Earls Tin Palace and our experience was great. I had made a special request to have two glasses of sparkling wine at our table when we arrived (we found out later that this was complimentary). The staff were very kind and aware that we were celebrating a special occasion. We were also offered a complimentary dessert as well. The service was excellent. Our server, Tay, was able to have the bar staff make a Limoncello Spritz (an item that has been off their menu). Would highly recommend this location as it is very clear that the service staff are highly trained and management takes pride in offering top notch service to their customers.

White chocolate crème Brûlée was absolutely DEVINE, SOOO GOOOOD!! Excellent quality of our entire meal and awesome flavour. Although we were a little early the old Mother in law was very satisfied and could actually hear us during dinner!! Dirty martini was delicious and a great bottle of red wine! Thank Trevor C

One of the better happy hours downtown. The white sangria is very refreshing and the prawn pizza is delicious and really great value for the price! That there's also a vegan option on the happy hour menu tipped the scales and we will be back!

Excellent service from all the staff, however the quality of food was terrible. I went with 6 others (party of 7) for a friend's birthday, 2 of which ordered steak. Both people agreed the steak was terrible and didn't finish it. Another person ordered the spinach dip and the bread baguette was as hard as a cruton. The quality of food during this night out will most likely not make us repeat customers.Parking: Medium sized lot which you have to register your vehicle for at the restaurant, plenty of free street parking around the restaurant

The service was good and friendly. Nothing fantastic, but I'm happy it was far from something to complain about.The food, on the other hand, was very bad. I ordered a 9oz steak with truffle fries and extra garlic bread.The garlic bread was a too big but big pluss that it was sourdough. It was the only thing I enjoyed in this meal. I ate everything cause you can't waste, not in this economy.The steak was ordered as a rare and what came was a dry medium rare with too hard of a crust. I cook a great deal myself and even you could probably cook better than this. It tasted like it came directly from the freezer.The salad was good. The fries were far too crunchy. Nothing in the center and almost felt like I ate a brick. I honestly feel like Earls is on par with BPs but more expensive.All my friends who were there had identical experiences (there were 7 of us). I wish I had something better to say. Thanks.

I won an Earls gift card a while ago so my mum & I decided to use it for my birthdaythis weekend. The food was spectacular, and so was the service! Sharen, the server, who took care of us, was outstanding! She had a table of 20 people and still managed to check in on us a few times and engaged in meaningful conversation. We are grateful to have met her, and for this experience overall!

My family and I had Sharene as a server last night and it was hands down the best service we have ever received so I had to write a review. Not only was Sharene extremely beautiful but she was so kind and happy as well. She was extremely mesmerizing and my husband and I could tell that she is very good at her job- She greeted us as soon as we sat down and had a very welcoming smile and aura. She spoke very confidently about the menu and immediately asked us what brought us in and we felt like our experience was very personalized. She recommended that we all get appetizers to start which we were not going to do until she described the flavours in the corn avocado dip. She recommended that we get wine for the table since we were celebrating our daughters birthday and made sure we had tasters first to see if we liked it beforehand. Sharene came and checked on us repeatedly throughout the night and made sure our food came out exactly how we wanted it to. Anytime we needed her she was there! At the end she recommended we all get dessert so I got the cheesecake, my husband got the key lime pie, and my daughter had the sweet treat option. She also recommended us to get coffee with our dessert so because of that we all got latte’s. We will definitely be coming back to Earls and we hope to see Sharene again. Anytime she spoke we were completely drawn to her and trusted everything she said. 10/10 night

What a beautiful restaurant! I love the different textures, plants and lighting in the place. All staff were pleasant, social and down to earth. Will definitely be back. If I was forced to critique and provide constructive feedback it would be that the chips provided with the avocado dip mostly had big bubbles in them making them difficult to scoop with and is something I haven't experienced in other locations. Our pizza also had a big bubble in it which makes for hard unappetizing pizza
