Service was great and fast as the restaurant was prepared for clients that were going to a show at the jubilee auditorium afterwards One thing ... 1/2 cocktails are only in the lounge and not the dining room ? We made reservations but didn't purposely pick the dining room . Would be nice if this policy wasn't in place and we could have enjoyed the drink special .

we had a reservation for 10 and we were seated quickly enough. the resteraunt was almost empty the whole time we were there. It took almost 30 minutes to order drinks and another 30 to order food. the food arrived hot if a little slow and then one meal was incorrect and one was about 20 minutes behind the rest of us. No one ever really came around to ask about refills on drinks and 45 minutes to and how after this we were search for the server to try and get our bill. overall this was a very poor experience

Servers were great and very friendly. It was very busy in the restaurant at the time so it was a little of a wait at times for the servers but that is understandable. The only issues we had was that we ordered 3 drinks just before happy hour ended and we asked the server if we still made happy hour for pricing and he said yes it will. However when we received the bill they were priced at full price. Also, we ordered another alcoholic drink for our guest and she never did receive it but we were charged for it. When we finally received the bill and noticed all this, we had to pay the bill as it was because we were already running late for our booked event we were going to and just couldn't wait for them to revise the bill. The server knew all this and charged the full amount anyways.

The restaurant is beautiful with great views of the bustling street. The food was great. The host was friendly and seated us quickly, however we had to remind him that no wait staff had come after fifteen minutes. With only one hour paid parking nearby, that wasn't ideal.

I had an amazing dinner at Earls Campus Towers last night, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The food was fantastic—my dish was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared, and the menu had something for everyone. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, perfect for a night out near the University of Alberta. What truly made the evening special was our server, Emily. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome with her warm smile and spot-on recommendations. Her energy and care elevated the entire experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Earls (and asking for Emily!) for anyone looking for great food and top-notch service in Edmonton

I stopped into earls Campus with a few girlfriends for dinner. It was a slightly bigger groups but they were able to get us seated right away! Our server so wonderful, she suggested a few appetizers for us to share and it ended up being the perfect amount! She also was very upbeat and attentive, when she stopped by she share a laugh with us, what a young woman! With a wide selection of drink that were extremely delicious, we were a little drunk. The earls hostess walked us out and make sure we got to our cab safely. It was a wonderful experience where I truly felt cared for , I will be back soon!
Incredible service! I was warmly welcome by the host at the front desk and on our way to my table the host gave me many recommendations tailored to my preferences. After I sat down, everything went quickly and smoothly. The server came and took my order without much wait and helped me through the options. After I had ordered, the staff constantly checked in on me, making sure everything was ok. The food was exceptional and the restaurant was well maintained. Once I was ready to leave, they did everything they could to make my final moments wonderful and they asked me to come again, which I definitely will!

Had the chicken tenders with fries. Chicken was stringy and barely chewable. Fries are skinny and hard. The wine was OK.

Food was amazing. We had the eggs benedict, and were very satisfied with the serving size and the taste. The server was also very kind, and tended to everything we asked for efficiently.
