We came for our team holiday dinner tonight and it was awful service. We had 2 servers covering our table and neither one checked on us for very extended periods of time, at least 45 minutes at one point. We wanted more wine, etc but there was no one to ask and by the time they came, we were over it. Half the table got food and the rest got theirs 15 minutes later. It was busy tonight but one server would have done a better job rather than split our table of 13. I’ve had very good service here in the past, maybe it was just a bad night? Very disappointed today though.

I had a really disappointing experience at Earls University. The food was honestly awful. We ordered the clam chowder and steak tacos. The chowder tasted extremely fishy, and the steak in the tacos was gummy, tough, and so hard to chew that it became heavy on the tongue.
Service was also poor. It took forever to get our drinks, and my drink didn’t arrive until we were already done eating and about to get the bill.
The bathrooms were dirty, and most of the lights in the stalls weren’t working, leaving it almost completely dark.
Overall, this visit was uncomfortable from start to finish. I would not recommend this location.
