Celebrated a dear friend‘s 70th birthday. I had noted this on the reservation and a birthday card was brought to the table when she arrived (had reserved for indoors but was a beautiful day so we opted for the patio instead). Food was very good (especially the warm potato salad) and we had prompt and friendly service . I did have to ask the server for the birthday dessert for my friend. She was likely unaware we were celebrating a birthday as I believe it was a different staff member that brought the card (I was not yet there when it was brought out). I felt a little awkward asking. She did not even suggest/ask if we wished for desserts, but overall it was a great experience and any outdoor lunch in summer is a bonus!

The service and food are consistently good. We enjoy coming here with a large group because seating is spacious.

Food was great, but the service left much to be desired. Our server started off well—friendly, made some light conversation, and even seemed interested in our evening plans. But after taking our orders, she essentially vanished. While I don't mind not being interrupted while eating (who likes talking with a mouthful?), it felt like we were completely forgotten. After clearing our plates and asking if we wanted dessert (we politely declined), she disappeared again. We ended up having to go to the bar 20 minutes later to ask for our bills—despite the fact that she knew we were on a timeline. The manager stepped in to help, but when the server finally came to process our payments, she didn't even bother to say thank you. Definitely disappointed with the service we received. The food was great, but I don't think I'd return to this location anytime soon.

Arrived right at opening 11am. Asked to make sure the 7 us get out by 12:15 at the latest. Excellent service and we were out at 12:00.

Burger was really good. Hot and flavourful. There was some dill in there somewhere which added a nice touch of flavour. Cobb salad was also excellent- nice dressing and just the right amount. Service - not so much. Took 10 minutes for the server to show up, did not give us any water even though we asked for it (had to flag down another one to get some), and was basically missing most of the time. And why do they ask ‘do you have any plans for the evening'? If I wanted to tell you I would. I usually don't. The food did come out quickly so that was good

Everything was great. earls never disappoints. It was my birthday and our group of 8 for brunch enjoyed our visit. Food was delicious. The birthday dessert was a nice touch.
Not great at all for watching the hockey game... one tv was so small it was so hard to see. And the big screen was too high cranking my guests neck.. boo

Scrumptious first visit ever to Earl’s and the meal was absolutely fabulous…We had an amazing server! Shout out to Nevin…I will definitely visit again and will highly recommend this as a destination place!

Came in a couple days ago with my friends for my birthday and had the best experience and service provided by Nevin. He was energetic, genuine, and extremely enthusiastic, and was also very knowledgeable of the menu. He was able to recommend drinks for my table, and some food options for my friend who has a gluten allergy. The food was great! If you ever dine in request Nevin as your server! He is amazing, honestly the best service I’ve had in awhile.
