Wow, this was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had!! I grabbed the spicy option (Nashville Chicken), such juicy chicken with great flavor. The ingredients were extremely fresh and delicious, great portion size too, filling and left me satisfied.

Great fries too, overall really good value and amazing taste.

Can't wait to come back!

I ordered food from Eat Alleys last night through Uber eats. Half of my meal was missing. I called Eat Alley and they never took the responsibility of missing food. It is equally on Eat Alleys and Uber eat for this. Eat Alley should make sure their food packages are properly sealed with sticker or stapler so no one can take it.
I never got proper answer on who was at fault, either Eat Alleys miss the food items or Uber eats guys took it.
Whoever was at fault, I am extremely disappointed with this low level of service. Eat Alley should properly secure their food packages for high quality service.

There was one guy working on a Saturday and we waited 45 minutes for mediocre food. Ridiculous.

They also charge $1.29 for CHEESE.

ZERO STARS

Pathetic service and extra ordinary wait time… no customers but still took more than 35 mins to prepare one below average wrap.

Dusty counter, Sticky tables, broken door handles… list goes on and on….

Total waste of time and money…

Had a very disappointing experience on my visit on Saturday night (Sep28)

Initially told the wait time was 30 minutes for food to be served which ultimately turned into 50 minutes. This was for an order of 2 burgers, poutine and chicken wings.

The restaurant wasn't overly busy with takeouts as only 1 delivery was picked up during my time there. Nor was the restaurant filled with customers.

Upon collecting the burgers, the buns were overdone and had turned crisp.
Chicken wings had a bad smell which I threw away (another customer had same complaint, who raised their concerns and left the restaurant).

The cashier was kind enough to offer a refund to compensate this.

To conclude, after having been a regular customer throughout the years, this has been my last time to visit.

Management needs to look into QC as well as having more kitchen staff on weekends when you can expect more visits.

We visited Edmonton for first time and decided to try Eat Ally after reading all the reviews. We are amazed by the hospitality of the owner who was kind enough to serve us a complimentary whole chicken which has been recently introduced in their menu, to try and give our feedback. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. In addition, we ordered fried chicken and Nashville poutine fries and both were very nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing food, great athmospere. I honestly think they need to hire another kitchen helper to limit the hour long wait times. other than that its a must try

Eat Alleys is a spot in a row of dining establishments on Calgary Trail South in Edmonton. It's mixed in amongst some Asian food establishments.

They offer up donairs, burgers and other fast food eats. They are very generous with their portions. The taste is good...it has a homemade flavor. Nothing overly distinctive. The chicken sandwich may be the only thing that was just ok...there are so many great chicken sandwich and generally chicken establishments now.

The service was very friendly and helpful.

The space is well lit and extremely clean.

It's a great little spot. Hard to find but the food is wonderful if you're looking for a sit down fast food dining experience.
