I tried placing a $90 order here, specifically requesting donair sauce instead of regular pizza sauce. Even though I paid extra for the donair sauce, the staff couldn’t grasp this simple request. They ended up canceling my entire order altogether, which was both frustrating and a huge waste of time. I won’t be returning—clearly, they lack basic customer service skills and the competence to handle straightforward modifications

TWhat happened to Eddies?? New ownership? We have been going there for almost 5 years regularly. We haven't been in a few months. Went in for a late night snack on a Saturday night. Ordered 3 donairs total, one onion ring and on fries. The onion rings were so salty they were not edible and had a slight curry flavor to them. The donair meat has changed to an oily meat and different flavor. The sweet sauce that they traditionally have had is NOT the same. Super disappointed, wont be going back..

The once lean meat(as donairs go) is oily now and has a bunch of filler in it. The flavor profile has mild hints of curry in it now... It's just not very good anymore.
Even the sweet sauce is different for the worse...
Unfortunately I will not be buying another one, as it's unbelievably middle.
Babas, Swiss, or Top are better options by miles.

Get someone else to answer the phone, the guy speaks soo low I cannot her him not to mention his thick accent. Had to come in to order and even though Im telling him I want a donair he keeps asking me if I want a donair poutine on the phone and in person.

The pizza might be amazing but the service needs reassessment. I am an unhappy customer. I honestly supported this place from the beginning. But honestly lately they have disappointed me. The customer service needs reassessment. Btw his name is Rafa who messes up the orders - you got a 50/50 chance for him to get the order right - I wouldn’t risk it. Highly recommend not to go here and find somewhere else to eat and support.
