Great staff and friendly service. However, compared to other Edos, it is very slow. Takes a long time to order food. I’m not sure why, they have enough staff. I usually go on my break but not enough time. When I go, I don’t see anybody eating, I just see people waiting.

I came here to try the new chicken ramen and it is not good.. the pre packaged of ramen taste better. It’s flavorless and gross and I’m thoroughly disappointed I expected a lot better

Hi, this is a warning.Do not go to this location. It is a food and safety health risk..
We had gone to this location and ordered a Shrimp And chicken bull and asked for no mushrooms..
We are allergic to mushrooms and received mushrooms..
We had called The restaurant and asked to speak with the manager..
They had told us they would call us back.
We had waited two weeks and no one had called us back..
We finally called back after 2 weeks and they.Refused to do anything about this issue..
This is a horrible, horrible place to eat end.I recommend do not go there.

Food was always spot on lady in the front already knew how i like my order and it is with 4 chili sauce...
We ordered yam rolls, tiger rolls and yam tempura. Instead of the tiger roll, they gave us dynamite rolls.
Then I looked at the container for the tempura dip and there is hardly anything inside. If I could add a picture, I would. What a rip off. We paid $19 for this ?

I was there in edo Japan in Millwood area to order something but I saw a Filipino girl staff inside the store who was talking to a delivery guy who came to pick up order. She was so rude to the delivery guy. She should show some kind of courtesy to the people while serving. So I decided not to order in this store.

Great restaurant, I’ve been coming to this location for a long time. I ordered delivery and got the chicken ramen noodles with veggies. It was delicious! The chicken was well done and the veggies were crisp! I usually don’t do delivery but it tasted just as great.
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options for meals.
