I’m really tired from work — I got off at 11 PM and this was the only store open, so I ordered food through Uber Eats, order #C6B. It’s extremely disgusting because there was hair in my food while I was trying to mix it. Please fix this, Edo Japan. If not, I will report this directly to the corporate HQ. Your staff clearly doesn’t care — no hairnets, and it’s very unhygienic. This is unacceptable.
There were also so many crusts from your grill — my food looked like charcoal. It’s really unacceptable.

Can't rate anything under 1, wait times ARE STUPID high. Love Edo hate this location. I don't know if the owners changed or what, they also have something against adding chicken&beef like they're running out of it? All rice no protein

At long last, I was compelled to write this review. Each time I enter an Edo, all I expect is a simple meal. Peace. Quiet. Teriyaki.
But not here.
Every visit, without fail, I was met with the same grating chant: “Can you leave us a 5-star review?”
Hear me now, Edo. If it is stars you crave… then stars you shall receive. One. One single, solitary star, forged from pure annoyance and delivered with the great passion you have bestowed upon me.
May this rating stand as a monument to every customer who simply wanted lunch without being pressured into insignificant digital flattery.

Ordered 2 chicken and shrimp rice meals for takeout, the shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. Ordered 2 sushi meals with beef rolls, no sauce on them. Also waited an hour and 10 minutes for the food, which is pretty unacceptable.
