I went there on Jan 7 and ordered a chicken Ramen soup to go, there was only one customer already eating, I turned around and waited, when I looked back to the kitchen the same lady that took my order was standing playing on her phone, hadn't even started cooking my meal, I asked her if she started and she proceeded to start, after 10 min I was still waiting and she kept talking to her coworker and another customer walked in and ordered, they got their meal before I got mine, when I got back to work the soup was bland and not very good, the enployee at this location should not work there, making a customer wait because she is playing games on her phone is just not right, bad look for the company and im pretty sure that was the manager as my receipt states.

I was doing uber they asked to bring the bag and politely brought but when i came back they are be like food is still cooking, If that was the case they should told me earlier before asking me to bringing the beg so i can wait outside.

Found a cockroach in my food. I felt sick and had to throw the entire meal away. Despite reporting it, no refund was issued. This is a serious food safety issue.

We were given both our orders in the same take out dish after I asked for a bento box. The order was not hot lije it should have been. When I saw people being served after me with bento boxes the server told me they ran out. I have had better experience elsewhere. I thank God that there are so many other choices for dining in the strip plaza.

We had an excellent time at Edo with our family, and Ankita made it even better. She was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made sure everything was perfect and treated us with genuine warmth and care. Thank you, Ankita, for making our family time so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Doesn’t think to add any utensils or chopsticks with a takeout order. I guess they expect you to eat with your hands. Really convenient in the middle of a move!

30+ min to get my order and it wasn't even busy. Won't be returning to this location 👎

Very disappointing experience at this Edo Japan location. I ordered two kids’ teriyaki chicken meals for pickup and noticed one bowl was clearly less full than the other. When I politely asked for a bit more rice to make it fair, the staff argued instead of simply fixing it. The cook then angrily threw both bowls in the garbage right in front of me, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I left frustrated and won’t be returning. All it would’ve taken was basic courtesy and common sense.

I tried Edo Japan and ordered the Hawaiian Chicken Bowl. The food was tasty, but honestly, a bit pricey. The main noodles with chicken were good – I’d rate them 8/10 (I’ve had better for the same price, though). The sides included two fried gyozas – they were nice, but the portion was really small, so I’d give them 7/10. The sweet little pastry with cinnamon and cream inside was absolutely delicious – 9.5/10!

Overall, I paid around $20. It was decent, but I feel like for that price I’ve had more satisfying meals elsewhere.
