We had an excellent time at Edo with our family, and Ankita made it even better. She was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. I tried Edo Japan and ordered the Hawaiian Chicken Bowl. The food was tasty, but honestly, a bit pricey. The main noodles with chicken were good – I’d rate them 8/10 (I’ve had better for the same price, though). The sides included two fried gyozas – they were nice, but the portion was really small, so I’d give them 7/10. The sweet little pastry with cinnamon and cream inside was absolutely delicious – 9.5/10!
