Much nicer than most edo's I've been to. Good seating. The sushi was affordable and freshly made. I really enjoyed the vegetable sushi platter. Tap water cups available which I always appreciate.

Can’t comment on the food but the store itself. I was about to order this afternoon but the store stinks. Left because the place is smells unappetizing since I’m planning to stay and eat in. Did you usually mop your store or clean wipe the tables? Is your airconditioner not working? The temperature outside is much more cooler. It was ok on my last few visits months ago but what happened?

$5 for a edamame that is not even half the bowl better to get it in tnt for a whole bag

Teriyaki chicken bowl had 2 big chicken bones in it. California rolls had dried out rice. $18 straight into the garbage.

and I understand that the owners of these restaurants of the same chain clearly have some problems with food packaging when they ask for a bag from the couriers to whom they do not pay a salary, yet for some reason they demand it from them And they think that someone should pack food for them qualitatively and they have not heard anything about foil packaging And they have not heard anything about qualitative packaging of food for their own customers, but they shift this responsibility to the couriers.

The prices have gone up, however the food is less than desirable. They are cheaping out on what they call shrimp. It’s all batter. The broccoli in the noodle bowl wasn’t even cooked. Not pleased at all.

The ppl here ripped me off charged me 5 $ for extra beef in a snacki bowl it pretty much came out same price if I was to get a bento and then they made a full order by accident the lady went back and cut the order in half even though they over charged me
If you grab a snacki bowl it should be half price to add beef or chicken cause the bowl is already small enough it's a half order of regular bowl

Come on edo your better then this

Just had the worst experience at this Edo. Despite ordering before 5 other people, I received my order last after they gave my original order to different people. Had to wait while they remade it without even an attempt to make it right. All told spent 30 minutes waiting for our food when any other Edo is the city would get it finished in half the time.

I take out food here maybe once a week, always turns out great and I end up satisfied and satiated. Recommend the teriyaki chicken and the sushi platter!

I agree with all the bad reviews. Saw it for myself when I ate here yesterday. This branch does not have the edo standard and quality. I ordered teriyaki beef and it barely has the veggies in it. Rice was too watery too. Pretty expensive for a value meal at $16. Will not comeback, even the one in Edgemont too, sorry.

After several years of supporting this Edo, I was shocked as to what happened. I ordered 4 meals and 4 drinks through the app and prepaid. Upon picking up the order they said I owed 25 cents for a bag to carry all this out. I forgot my wallet and phone and had no change to pay. I asked if I could pay next time as they see me there regularly. . . but she said "no". She suggested I stack all 4 drinks and 4 meals and forks and napkins and sauces - and walk across the parking lot without dropping them. Thankfully, an amazing customer reached out and paid 25 cents for me.
Needless to say, I won't be returning. The owner also owns the Hamptons/Edgemont location. And by the way, the portions barely fill half the container. Pretty sad.
