I ordered a bento box and asked for avocado rolls as one of the sides, received 3 instead of 4 and they were not fresh .. the avocado was black. They tasted fishy and I couldn’t eat them.. so gross, they should have been thrown out. Very tiny too, 1/2 the size of other Edo locations.

My niece went in today and had a legit coupon that THIS EDO LOCATION given us last month. Two workers named Carl and Jennifer didn’t know how to input it and started to talk Tagalog which is extremely rude speaking another language when the customer doesn’t understand them they realized my niece didn’t understand them and told my niece it’s not legit at this location even when the coupon specifically says 12840 167 ave enjoy any combo meal free! I contacted the Restuarant and spoken to Carl. It was obvious when I questioned about this he and Jennifer had no idea how to input the coupon so instead of following exactly what the coupon says they instead told my niece to pay in cash. IF YOU GUYS DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING YOU SHOULDN’T BE WORKING HERE.

ALLERGIES? DIETARY RESTRICTIONS? IT IS NOT SAFE!!! A normal spot I would have loved to enjoy turned into an allergy nightmare, other locations care more and are better with specific orders or allergies. Due to allergies to the sauce and gluten- I always ask them to clean the grill and change tongs like other locations. But instead of cleaning how they usually would, they claimed they cleaned it but I didn’t see it- just simply used the machine to grind the remnants off but no solution on the grill to do a deep steam clean like I’ve seen other locations do. Cross contamination is the nightmare of us allergy folks. Went home took my order home and ate it and my whole skin was welted, my chest burned and it was completely inflamed! Stomach hurt. Regardless to whether you have allergies or not this truly isn’t the place to go. They seemed to overlook my allergies because cleaning the grill was too much or something when there was no one else behind me in the line. I’m really sad to say this was my experience. They do not care here about your allergies enough or dietary restrictions enough to go above and beyond making sure it’s safe!!!

I ordered California rolls at this location on Jan 25 2024 at approximately 6:30pm. The rolls seemed like they were old and had no taste. There was not much mayo in the crab meat. I was disappointed.
