Very bad customer service. They don’t smile at all and don’t answer your questions. We felt like every time we place our order he got scared coz we get some nasty and dirty look. We have given them so many chances but they never change. This location needs new stuff/ Team for the weekend. We will never eat at this location again.

The crews who works there is incredibly rude for literally No reason! Worst customer service ever. They made the entire atmosphere incredibly awkward. And they fighting to their customer. We always eat lunch there weekly, and we give another chance but they are still rude. All the stafffs there even Filipinos.You'd think for the price you pay you'd at least get what you paid for or even simply a smile! Shame on you guys. If you don't like your jobs find another one. Do not give that kind of attitude to your customers.

Cashier is rude. Staff in general are not friendly, seem not happy at all to be working there. Food was not cooked at Edo standards, rice was very mushy, beef was poorly cooked. Very disappointing experience compared to the Edo at Heritage Valley that I always go to.

Asking for the price of shrimp tempura, instead of telling how much it is, she said the price is there, on the board. Will not come back again. Train your staff on how to be nice with the customer and to feel that we are welcome. Happened on Apr 20,2024 around 3pm.
