I wouldn't eat here. I work in the mall and have watched the same lady leave the bathroom without washing her hands multiple times. I thought maybe she was going back and washing her hands at work, so I checked out of curiosity.. nope. Just went right back to work. Yuck.

Had a bad experience ordering food for lunch. While ordering, the employee was talking to other employees, which made him inattentive and instead of brown rice, they gave me white rice. Also, I asked for Hawaiian chicken (with pineapples), but got plain chicken. Found out when I was already in the office.

Obviously, since this place is in a food court, the atmosphere isn’t on par with their normal locations (not in their control!), but their service and food is excellent! 🙂
I come here often for their bubble tea. Often enough I think the lady who gives me my order has began to recognize me 🤣. Super kind workers and their food has been yet to disappoint me. For a food court place I think that’s great that the quality is on par with general locations!
If you don’t like to wait in a line, I recommend getting the app! You can order online and already have a seat while you wait for your order to finish if you have a group of people with you. The app has great deals too and a loyalty points system. You can also put your gift cards on there!
Back to the bubble tea. Genuinely delicious which is surprising as it’s not something this franchise focuses on! I keep coming back for their brown sugar milk tea, but the others I’ve tried have been great too! I recommend asking for an extra straw by the way. They use paper straws which deteriorate easily for their bubble tea haha!

The roll was from fridge, so cold, at least made yesterday, cause cucumber had a bitter taste. Guys was trying to tell, that the roll was freshly made:(

I ordered chicken curry and teriyaki chicken, both were good and decently priced. Green bubble tea was very tasty, with just the right amount of sugar. The workers were very friendly, so overall a nice experience!
