The worst sushi in town, it was hard, cold and stale, we ate 2 pices and threw away the rest. If you are into chewing garbage pice of sushi, and like to waste money, go for it.

this is a amazing place ngl, make amazing food, offer many options like gluten free, staff and service is always kind and understanding, never got food poisoning, they clean the grill everytime they finish making someone's food to guarantee no cross-contamination

The $11.95 Teriyaki Chicken hardly had chicken. The amount of chicken was less than 2 Chicken McNuggets. Disappointing!

WORST SERVICE EVER! Ordered and clearly mentioned to the order taker that I want 2 Ramen soup. Got beef yakisoba instead. I was shocked the way they handled their error. Instead of offering a replacement the 2 ladies at the counter particularly the chubby lady just offered to add broth in it. I just agreed as my son was crying. They didn’t even apologize. Please train your staff. They need training. Will never come back, won’t recommend this branch. They don’t even greet customers.

I ordered a bento box that was suggested by the cashier. The food prep person forgot to put the side shrimp into the deep fryer. I can see them laughing at this error and not even apologizing to me as a customer. It took them over 10 minutes for a fast food preparation. Because the staff were giggling and flirting around with each other. The manager should be more present.

IMAGINE THIS. You’re hungry and you go out for food while you wait to pick someone up. You get Chachi’s so you’re not really sure why reviewing the edo is popping up but I mean edo is a pretty consistent place to eat so whatever.

I'm a reg customer of edo Japan. But the food we ate here was really bad! We asked for 3 scoops of teriyaki sauce each in our chicken yakisoba, but when we started eating there was barely any sauce inside. So bad we had to throw our food away!

I usually go to the kingsway Edo, this was my first time trying the Southgate locationI always order the beef and shrimp, but when i ordered it from this location, the shrimp had a very strong chemical taste, which i never experienced at other locations.it was a bit disappointing. the food at Edo is pricier than most fast food, but usually that’s okay because it’s good quality. The quality wasn’t good this time, so it felt like a waste.

The serving size is ridiculous for the amount you pay they put a couple pieces of chicken mostly rice barely any vegetables most edo Japan locations that I have been to can be very generous with portions
