Ordered a bent box with california rolls and gyoza. She asked again what sides. I repeated myself. Ended up with california rolls and tempura shrimp. She turned the container on is side to put it in the bag and the sauce and meat covered the sushi. Asked for what I ordered and she put it in as gyoza and tempura shrimp. Wrong again. Said the sauce and toppings were in the sushi because I asked for to much sauce. I asked for 2 scoops instead. Got 3 scoops on the side. Staff don't understand (barely speak English) or don't care about what we ordered.

I ordered through Uber eats everytime but never get the chopstick, even if I requested in my order notes
I got fork every time, but today I just got spoon even when I ordered tempura, not even fork, this is so disappointing , the customer service need to be improved
The food is really good though but this time I have to give review because this happened all the time

I placed an order via app on July 19, 2025 and paid for extra soup and nothing came. I left a detailed notes on how they need to prep my order but was not process properly. It was their first order for the day since I place it 9:33AM and the store is not open until 11AM. First order and its already a mistake. What a shame!
