I got jipped on the sauce. Asked for 2.5 scoops and it felt like 1.5 scoops. I ordered chicken teriyaki with white rice. The meal was a little dry because there wasn't enough sauce.

Disappointing Service and Changes That Ruin the Experience I visited Edo recently and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. In the past, you could easily request hot sauce to go with your beef and shrimp portion, and it was no big deal. But now, things have changed for the worse. If you don’t tip, the staff won’t even look your way—they literally turn their heads and ignore you. It’s like you’re invisible unless you pay extra on top of your meal. To make matters worse, they’ve completely removed the hot sauce from the self-serve area, so customers can’t add it themselves anymore whenever they want. It’s frustrating and feels like they’re just cutting corners at the expense of the customer experience. The girl at the reception was the epitome of poor customer service—she acted exactly as described, with zero friendliness or willingness to help. No smiles, no eye contact, nothing. It’s honestly a shame; this place used to be decent, but now it’s just a letdown. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. If you’re looking for good service, go elsewhere!
I came here for lunch one day and there was no wait time. First time here and I believe I got Sukiyaki beef bowl, some sushi and boba. Nice and laid back inside and good atmosphere.
