I wonder who works there. They can’t even clean the shrimps properly. You hire people who can’t cook decent food and don’t seem to use their brains at all. If I were your boss, I’d fire every single one of you. Terrible job, Edo Japan

Was given the wrong order that I can't eat and so i called to let them know and no answer. I made my way there and they we're already closed even though it wasn't 9. Check your orders before you go i guess

I got jipped on the sauce. Asked for 2.5 scoops and it felt like 1.5 scoops. I ordered chicken teriyaki with white rice. The meal was a little dry because there wasn't enough sauce.

Disappointing Service and Changes That Ruin the Experience
I visited Edo recently and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. In the past, you could easily request hot sauce to go with your beef and shrimp portion, and it was no big deal. But now, things have changed for the worse. If you don’t tip, the staff won’t even look your way—they literally turn their heads and ignore you. It’s like you’re invisible unless you pay extra on top of your meal.
To make matters worse, they’ve completely removed the hot sauce from the self-serve area, so customers can’t add it themselves anymore whenever they want. It’s frustrating and feels like they’re just cutting corners at the expense of the customer experience.
The girl at the reception was the epitome of poor customer service—she acted exactly as described, with zero friendliness or willingness to help. No smiles, no eye contact, nothing. It’s honestly a shame; this place used to be decent, but now it’s just a letdown. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. If you’re looking for good service, go elsewhere!

I came here for lunch one day and there was no wait time. First time here and I believe I got Sukiyaki beef bowl, some sushi and boba. Nice and laid back inside and good atmosphere.

Keep finding long hair in my food, it’s not my hair, my hair wouldn’t be buried that deep into my food, that’s really really gross, unsanitized, and very disgusting, probably never eat there again, bad service and bad food

I ordered a sumo size teriyaki beef and chicken yakisoba and instead of giving proportional meat/veggies to rice, they only gave more rice. I paid extra to have extra of everything, not just rice. I shouldn't have paid extra six bucks just for rice. I wanted extra veggies and beef with it. They should clarify that making it a sumo size means they give you more rice and not the meat and veggies as well. And if they do give you more of those things then it's def not a lot. It's def more rice than anything else.
