Ordered a teriyaki Bento to go...in person. They forgot the sauce. Started to fight with me...would not replace the order when I said that we were going back. My child wanted to eat the spring rolls but I wanted them to replace the teriyaki chicken and rice. The woman did not put it on the food or in a container in the bag. My time and gas are worth something! There is no sauce on this item! You edo messed up and should make it right when someone tells you.

Insisted on charging the 15 cent paper bag fee even though ordered through Edo app and not given the option to pay for a paper bag. No option to select. Every other Edo I visited (after ordering through the app) I have never paid. McDonald’s app figured out how to do it. Why not Edo. Poor customer

Doors locked at 8:45pm. Open sign is on. Google says it open until 9pm. Door sign says open it is open until 10pm. Staff just looked and shook their head when we tried to open the door.

Ordered thru doordash. They didn’t put teriyaki sauce on my orders. I asked to add it on my meals and also on the side (in case they forget to add on the food) but they didn’t give me any at all. Isn’t that your signature how do you forget that? I didn’t enjoy the food I was so disappointed. Imagine craving for something and you indulged yourself then they mess it up. Plus food was delivered quickly but it was too cold like it doesn’t make sense. Not even warm.

First time here and not totally pleased with the quality of food. Ambiance is great, food was timely, however it just felt lacking. Ordered Edamame which came in cold. You would think because the service was prompt that it should be warm at least. Nope. Highly doubt that I would return here.

Ordered through Skip. Asked for extra sauce for the orange chicken (theres no option to add more sauce so asked for it in the notes) and was very surprised at how little sauce they gave me. The rice was dry, like no sauce to even saturate it. The brown sugar bubble tea had way too much ice in it, also asked for extra brown sugar and they didn’t give extra, they just gave me more ice? Paid way too much for way too little product. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Been ordering from this location since it first opened. Standards have not changed; it's always clean, staff are friendly, food is fresh & made to order. Sushi, rice bowls, I am never disappointed.

The quantity and quality of all ingredients was disappointing. They give you is less than other locations on the north end. The sauce was watered down and everything was completely flavorless and cold. Won't be coming back to this location.

Door was locked 15 mins before closing, even when there were customers sitting. Had to drive all the way to Northgate who were happy to serve me 5mins before closing!
