I had a fantastic experience at Edo Japan! First and foremost, the cleanliness of the restaurant truly stood out — everything was spotless, from the dining area to the kitchen space in view. It really made me feel comfortable and confident in the quality of the food being served. Speaking of the food, it was absolutely excellent — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What made my visit even better was the outstanding customer service provided by Lendon. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this location for both the amazing food and the exceptional service!

It is not a typical Edo branch that someone greets when you go inside. No acknowledgement that the front staff saw you and tells you to wait for few seconds while you stand at the front counter. It seems customers are not important coz he finishes whatever things he was doing before taking my orders. Less portioning unlike other Edo branches. No ‘thank you’ when you walk-out. Front staff was doing all around tasks like making sushi rolls, taking orders, bagging, cleaning dining area, etc. Never seen him wash/sanitize his hands when transitioning between tasks especially after cleaning tables. Their branch is between 2 busy main roads and many other restaurants on the area.

The best Edo location I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly and they even take the time to walk around to check on customers food and experience. Other locations need to follow this model - customer engagement is critical for business success - especially during this challenging times. Keep it up.

The young man working the till today was awesome.
The food was fresh and tasty.
He got busy cleaning every square inch of the place when he wasn't serving customers.
