My wife and I enjoyed our meal from Edo. We had the beef sukiyaki bento ?. The kiosk is in the food court in the Londonderry Mall. There is lots of parking and easy access to the mall food court for all. There are washrooms close by. The kiosk looked clean and the there is lots of seating at this food court. The food was served hot and was tasty. We have eaten at Edo before and have always enjoyed the food. Our experience with this Edo was good

Sukiyaki beef is always delicious from every location, this one was especially tasty. Enjoyed the spring rolls. Glad everyone was wearing hair nets considering the previous review. Love watching them cook. Cashier was very nice, straightforward, and patient while I changed a few details for my partner and I.

Ordered less rice more veggies for my chicken teriyaki - received opposite - more rice, less veggies. Asked for one scoop sauce - food was swimming in sauce.Cashier impatient with client in line in front of me. Used to love this location . What happened?

Someone here has a major hair loss problem. We found multiple strands of hair in 4 separate food orders. Absolutely disgusting. Infact when the first person found it, we just decided to remove and discard saying it happens, not the end of the world. But then went on to find so much more. Repulsed , hungry and not happy. Management team, get your employees to wear hair nets while working with food. Never again will I even consider ordering from any Edo outlet.

Usually wonderful, but the other day I went and the cook burned almost all the dishes I watched her make. It was a bit concerning.

Cashier and the cook was excellent. When it came time to asking for hot sauce after I received my meal. I was passed onto this lady that very unhappily handed me the hot sauce and rudely said "ask the cashier next time"Had always either selfserved the hit sauce or asked the cook for it from other Edo I have been to. No need to be rude.

I have been working in Londonderry Mall for about 10 years. I enjoy eating Edo because it is one of the healthier options available, many times the service was unfriendly.That is why I wanted to give a good review today to comment on how amazing and friendly the new staff are and they look much more organized and having sprinkles or sauces ready as needed; with the new management, it is a huge difference with customer experience.

very good food, the chicken teriyaki is very delicious, so is the ramen. the cooks are very friendly too.I recommend this to everyone

Rude staff. I asked for a meal with no vegetables, and they still added them. I told the cook I asked for no vegetables and he loudly sighed and made me an other one. I also paid for double beef and never got it. They always rip you off when you ask for double meat.
