Went today for takeout today and was very impressed! Portions sizes were very good, everything tasted fresh and was super clean. On top of that the staff were just super nice and polite and so quick! Lovely people! This franchise deserves your money - this one is top tier thank you for a lovely meal and giving us a break from cooking!

amazing food and amazing service! This store in Northtown really left a positive impression on me and opened my eyes on what customer service should actually be.
This store is the standard! I saw the cashier, Precious, help a man with disability get on his car even while the store is extremely busy.

The front staff here are so rude ,, a friend and myself ordered ate here last week,, ordered one chicken and one beef , when we received our order, it was so small of a portion, almost half of what you usually get !! Never be back , food was bad !

I came into the store today (March 5, 2025) and ordered a teriyaki beef bento with noodles, when I received my order it was with rice.

When I went up to tell them the mistake they said I never asked for noodles and never charged me and I said I did, so they charged me for the noodles and then said they’d make it again.

Well what I got back was laughable, they barely heated the noodles and then just scraped the food from my old meal into this meal so my noodles were lukewarm, bone dry, and so was my meat mixture as most of the sauce was on the rice from the first go.

I asked for a refund as at this point I knew they weren’t going to make it right since they argued with me the first time around.

They argued with me saying the noodles couldn’t be cold since they just cooked them and that they could add more sauce, I told them that no, I didn’t want more sauce since my noodles will then still be lukewarm.

After finally relenting they threw the cash at me (not how I paid) and gave me a lot of attitude about it.

I’ve been to many, many Edo locations all over Alberta throughout my life and I’ve never had a bad experience before today.

I absolutely will not be back to this location and I definitely don’t recommend it whatsoever.

So annoying when the employee doesn’t ask for your number to earn the points. There’s so many point programs out there, it’s hard to remember to let the employee know.

Planet Gone Crazy

Edo is still delicious to this day, just as it was 10 years ago. Glad they haven't gone downhill in quality or amount of food. I will return again.

Ordered online prepaid picked it up, got home totally wrong oder, definitely not what I paid for and I'm not driving back across town to fix it at my expense, easiest cure for me is to never return.
