Sunday was my birthday, and my fiancé and I decided to celebrate by going out to play pool, grab a drink, and have something to eat. We arrived at Ed’s Bowling around 7:25 PM and asked the front desk if they had pool tables. The staff member simply gestured to the back and said “yeah.” No mention of closing times or limited service.
We found a pool table and then tried to order food, only to be told the kitchen was already closed. That was disappointing but fine—we figured we’d just play a bit of pool. When I went to the front to ask for pool balls, I was told we could only play for 30 minutes for $15 because they were closing at 8 PM.
This was the first time anyone mentioned closing time. When I asked why we weren’t informed earlier, I got no clear answer. I told the staff member I needed a moment to confirm with my fiancé, but she kept pushing the payment terminal toward me as if rushing me through the process.
There was no proper communication, no courtesy, and the overall interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming—especially for what was meant to be a celebratory night. It would have made a big difference if staff had simply told us their hours when we arrived. We wouldn’t have wasted our time.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went at multiple locations for bowling but this was the worst experience we paid for 50 minutes then we just got 40 and then they were dis not even helped and EVEN ACCEPTED that we were not hiven the remaining 10 minutes. Mistakes happen but none of the staff was helpful , they were rude just trying to toss around the issue and not addressing or trying to help. Not even one of the staff was ready to listen or help!!!!!!!!!! I would say to choose any other alley in the city but not this one.

I recently visited this bowling location and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was terrible , there were no staff available to assist us.On top of that, the food was not tasty and did not meet expectations. Overall, the lack of service and poor food quality made the visit unpleasant.

On May 24 2025, we tried out the new karaoke room at Ed’s Bowling for my wife’s birthday. The room is located in the back by the billiards room and comfortably fit 12 adults. There was a great song selection but there were missing some favorites, specifically by Taylor swift. It’s probably a licensing issue with their program but still there was lots to choose from. The staff were fantastic to work with and we saw the waitress often to replenish drinks. You can book the room for 2 hours at a time and we felt like it was a great length of time because people slowly started to lose their voices after singing and dancing for so long. We would definitely do this again.

We had a work conference and had our team go bowling. Truly didn't expect much other then a good time bowling but the staff really went above and beyond. We had a co-worker lose her phone and the entire team stopped what they were doing to help. It was incredible! Will definitely be back - extremely happy with the service.

Had my child's Birthday party there. Rented the kingpin bowling for an hour and the Karaoke room for another hour and all the kids had an absolute blast.

The staff was friendly and would assist quickly. How ever, the lanes would have issues with resetting or balls getting stuck more times then ideal. The balls were greasy and it was tough to locate ones with big enough holes for our fingers. The kids rack is janky, and the seats have little to no back support. if you just want to go bowling for an hour, absolutely give this place a go. If you plan to spend half a day here with kids, good luck.

Went tenpin bowling here with some friends, and we all had an amazing time! It was such a fun change from our usual outings and everyone kept saying how different and exciting it was. The lanes were well-maintained, the atmosphere was lively, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Whether you’re a pro or just there for fun (like us), it’s a great spot to hang out, have some laughs, and enjoy a game. Definitely recommend for a night out with friends or even a casual date idea. We’ll be back for sure!
