We spent $80 and reserved in advance. We then had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to get in. Our lane malfunctioned several times and was never properly fixed. The maintenance person added a couple minutes but it wasn’t justified for how much time we spent waiting. It is way over priced for what you receive.
We left early as it simply wasn’t worth it. We went to the front desk and then asked for a refund and they denied that request. The best they could do was give us a coupon to come back. But we will not be returning here as the customer service was poor and the inconveniences were not compensated.
I’m addition, the bowling balls themselves felt waxy and sticky. Leaving the impression that they weren’t properly sanitized or cleaned whatsoever. Bathrooms were also left in disarray. We would not recommend coming here and choosing an alternate bowling alley elsewhere.

Booked a lane for 7:30 and didn’t get bowing until 7:50. We had to cancel our dinner reservation because of this. On top of that our lane was broken for half the time and we kept needing someone to come fix it. We asked for a refund but they wouldn’t give us one. Very frustrating experience, especially for the price

The place is alright but the service is is awful. They said they were gonna call in us about 50 minutes after we waited 2 hours we went to go speak to them and they said the called us but they it doesn’t show. After we showed the call dialogue it doesn’t show the guy called is on his phone and it came through and he tried it with there phone it went through and it’s on recents call after that he came to us. And left and we left. It’s just lazy

All flash, no substance. Paid $225 for 2 lanes for an hour. Both lanes were malfunctioning regularly, even the bathrooms were running straight cold water. Looked pretty though

We always have fun here. Great staff, the foods pretty good too. Sometimes you feel like you're waiting forever for the pins to clear and reset even when you didn't knock any down. And when your paying by the minute trying to finish two games in an hour that's a bit upsetting with kids. But all in all the best bowling in town.

I am a regular customer at Ed’s Bowling and there is one staff that really shines! Her name is Lindsay. Everytime I come to bowl I am greeted with a smile from Lindsay, she is super friendly, positive, professional and always makes my day by asking how I am doing. Sometimes during bowling the rake gets stuck and when asked for help Lindsay is always willing to help contact the maintenance staff to fix the rake. I always look forward to bowling and when Lindsay is working it makes my bowling day much better! Keep up the GREAT job Lindsay!!!

Came by to bowl and wanted to play a game of pool before. I find it ridiculous that I cant reserve a lane in person and when I was finished playing pool I had to wait a half hour for a lane which I find ridiculous when I was already here

Me and my friends were at EddsBowling. We first wanted to take pictures and then play, and we were taking a long time taking pictures. This lady with black hair, kinda short, who looked like the manager, came to us and was extremely unprofessional. She started screaming at us, her tone was aggressive, and she told us to leave, she was actually kicking us out. She didn’t talk to us normally at all, it was very rude and completely unacceptable. Just had a very bad experience in this place, and I’m never coming back. I hope the staff knows how to handle someone acting this way.

I have a pass for bowling today and I called in to do a couple inquiries and I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness and warmth. Well done. When I got to the alley tonight, I was again greeted with warmth and kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. Everyone is polite and more than happy to answer questions again very well done. I will recommend over and over and over for people to come and have a wonderful evening at Ed’s bowling here in West Edmonton mall.
