The dishes are bursting with flavor, the service is exceptional, and the presentation is impeccable. We followed a recommendation and ordered the paneer special dish, which surpassed our expectations. Without a doubt, this is my preferred Indian restaurant in the city. I love the vibe of Empire Grill. The colors the music and smells, are incredibly inviting.I ordered vegetable pakora to start. The presentation was well done, perfectly fried on the outside but light and cloudy on the inside. An explosion of flavors!I went with cheese Naan and a medium hot butter chicken. Again full of flavor the Naan was perfect, let's say there was nothing left to wash out of the bowl when I was done.Lastly the service was perfect. Great explanation of menu items, friendly. Management came out to ask how everything was, how the spice level was.10/10If I lived in Edmonton I would be here every week.
