Pizza took 45 minutes to prepare and was overcooked on arrival, with burnt cheese. I love supporting independent shops, but this one doesn’t deserve the rating. If you like burnt cheese, this is the restaurant for you.

I wanted to like the pizza here but it was just plain bad. Too many toppings for a thin crust - my pizza was very wet/doughy in the center yet no flavour from the sauce. The butter chicken pizza came with mushrooms which the menu did not list. This was the blandest thing I’ve ever eaten, even covered in cilantro. Tried the shahi paneer pizza too and it was just as bland. The sauce tasted very watered down - I had to peel the pizza apart to eat just the sauce to even tell if it was the right once and I think so but could barely taste it. I have no clue how food could even be this bland. Maybe it was an off night but I will definitely not be returning. We also tried the chicken pasta - surprisingly it was also bland, but we saved it by adding salt and cooking up some garlic to add in. I don’t think we can save the pizzas though.

Edit to add, the owner called to explain that the situation was isolated to one driver and that he would no longer be an employee.
Ordered some food, was told at the door that the driver didn't have change but he would run to his car and check. He didnt, offered me $2 dollars off, but the pizza was now cold. When I called the manager to complain, I was told all drivers get $100 for change, and that my address is far away, so the pizza will be cold anyways. I've been ordering from this establishment for 3 years, not once have I received cold pizza.

Burger was drenched in sauce. Soggy mess. Cheapest patties money can buy, mechanically separated grey meat.
They dumped some sauce on my fries that was no good either. Didn't even come close to finishing it. Guessing burgers and fries aren't their strong suit.

Got the meat lovers. There's almost no sauce on the pizza. it's not worth a second try ..nothing special. Their website links you to spam . Might even infect your phone or pc. Beware...People working there seemed nice enough, tho

Espania is a local gem. Their pizzas have a generous amount of toppings and are really good! We ordered takeout and it was ready within 15 minutes and blazing hot. We will definitely continue ordering from Espania!
This place really doesn’t look like much from the outside, so it was only because we were hungry and in the parking lot already that we tried it.
And I’m really glad we did! The pizza really hit the spot. We got the large veggie spicy pizza and it was just the right amount of spicy. Nice crust, the cheese was browned perfectly, good ratio of toppings. I was definitely pleasantly surprised.
They put the cheese on top of the toppings, so if you have someone who doesn’t like some of the toppings and wants to pick them out, they won’t really be able to lol. But the pizza was so good that my partner ate his olives anyway and was fine with it (he normally hates olives).
Would definitely come here again.

Great pizza place. Serves all sorts of thin pan pizza, but the toppings and salad seem so fresh. I loved the fish pakoras. I think we will be back next week.
