One of the better hole in the wall spots of edmonton. Great atmosphere. Amazing food and great people, nice selection of products at actually great prices. The coffee is great and the selection of teas is diverse. And the burek... awesome. I recommend the spinach. Stop in and have a moment of peace and calm in a wonderful store 😊

GENUINELY wanted to like this place. heaven knows i tried... 🌟🌟 2/5

☕ [before my review i want to mention that i am LITERALLY turkish - born and raised there for 21 years of my life, i used to drink turkish coffee more than twice a week... it's a tradition. i've also been to bosnia where i had the chance to try some delicious burek there.]

😿 [WELL, this was disappointing. turkish coffee came with the telve (which I found odd) and the cup had no handle which essentially ruins the experience of a turkish coffee.. how are you supposed to hold it? moreover it had NO saucer under the cup. the WHOLE point of turkish coffee is that you can do a coffee reading, gossip and have fun while drinking it. I don't know what nationality was this coffee but it certainly wasn't turkish. I did not like the bureks as well - got one cheese and the other one meat. couldn't finish the cheese burek and left after paying.]

👋 [hoped to find some authentic homemade burek + coffee but it wasn't authentic at all... both did not feel like home. although they have a market inside where you can find all things european and such... that's nice - i hope there will be more eastern european & balkan food/cuisine in edmonton.]

i don't think i'll be back again but I wish them good luck with their business. thanks for having me 🙏❤️

Very special place. I had Turkish coffee served in a traditional way, small metal plate with a small cup and tiny spoon. Indoor and outdoor seating, depending on the weather.

The most genuine borek I’ve had in Canada.
The ayran isn’t as salty as usual too which is great!

I am in love with this place! I am fan of their burek with ground meat and it is worth every penny I spent for it! The ladies work in there are so nice and decent. I also recommend “Frondi” brand products and rosemary flavour chips. This place is the heaven to me in Edmonton. Thank you for your effort and service. 😇🙏🏼
