Famoso Italian Pizzeria - Jasper Ave

would like to share my experience and highlight the excellent service I received from Liza. She is incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely friendly. Always smiling, quick to respond to any request, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Thanks to her, the atmosphere in the restaurant felt even more welcoming. Big thanks for her professionalism and kindness. Employees like Liza are truly the heart of any establishment!

Ordered delivery through Uber. Gluten free (popular according to the restaurant), Margherita. The crust was soggy and a really strange consistency. Toppings slid off because of the weird plastic like crust. Cheese was also strange, like it was fake. To top it off, there was a hair baked into the crust. I get those things can happen but on top of the terrible, tasteless pizza it was pretty disappointing.

Great food and excellent customer service

Poor customer service from staff member and they don’t seem to be positive or welcoming.

Best pizza place I ever tried so far in Edmonton. Nice thin crust, generous amount of toppings and nice service. Thanks Liza for unforgettable experience

Worst costumer service

We were served by Mallow who is a wonderful warm presence and made our meal a great experience. We had pizza and beer because were classic like that.

We recently celebrated a birthday at famoso on Jasper ave and our experience was excellent. Our server Mallow was helpful with answering any questions and expertly managed our larger group. We ordered a few appetizers and everyone got a pizza. The pizzas came out very fresh and we were happy. Highly recommend the Mediterranean flatbread and the Sicilian meat lovers pizza.

Ordered takeout. My order was incorrect. I called when I got home to let staff know. They insisted I was wrong. Poor customer service. I’ve been a regular customer for over ten years. I will not be back.

Tries the mozzarella balls for the first time and they paired so well with the flatbread, Jaz and the cook Yurii were also so nice. Will be back for sure!

I tried Italian pizza with Italian soda both are very tasty, i also tried tomato soup, and in desert, I ate chocolate ice-cream, and the taste of both items are fantastic.

I am writing this review because it is a must visit place, with good service, which is provided by staff members and the ambiance of the store is also good.

Had the best visit catching up with a friend hereb We ordered the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella balls - so good??? Krishna was our server and the service was excellent! I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience here??
