The staff is nice but honestly I have gotten better frozen pizza from the supermarket. I got a Hawaiian. The pineapple was tasteless and the dough is terrible. I wish I had not come.

Ordered takeout directly an hour before pickup. They served multiple uber eats and skip the dishes orders before starting mine. 10 minutes past pickup time now and they have yet to start making my pizza…

Zemen Nice waitress, good service and delicious pizza 4 cheeses

I am greatly displeasured by my experience as I saw they were open till 2 am on their website and on maps. When I arrived I tried to enter and the door was closed with the lights off. I was expecting a delicious tomato bisque soup but never received.

After a decade of trainers training people. And the trainees becoming the trainers. All standards and brand consistency is lost. This isn’t the same pizza it was 5 years ago and it’s DEFINITELY not the pizza from 10 years ago. It’s shitty deli pizza and the sad part is was this WAS phenomenal when they cooks knew what they were doing. Now it’s people with months of training cranking a pizza out in 3 minutes. And it’s really foul. Not an enjoyable pizza. And famoso was the one respite from all the other terrible chains and now that’s over too. No good pizza in Edmonton this was the last good one.

would like to share my experience and highlight the excellent service I received from Liza. She is incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely friendly. Always smiling, quick to respond to any request, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Thanks to her, the atmosphere in the restaurant felt even more welcoming. Big thanks for her professionalism and kindness. Employees like Liza are truly the heart of any establishment!

Ordered delivery through Uber. Gluten free (popular according to the restaurant), Margherita. The crust was soggy and a really strange consistency. Toppings slid off because of the weird plastic like crust. Cheese was also strange, like it was fake. To top it off, there was a hair baked into the crust. I get those things can happen but on top of the terrible, tasteless pizza it was pretty disappointing.
