So I ordered a Caesar salad and a pizza, got the delivery and guess what no toppings on the salad and no dressing. Called the restaurant and was told by the manager it would take days to refund my money, I think her name was Vikra, not sure. I used to love this restaurant, the new ownership has ruined it. They are not Italian as Italian business people would never treat their customers this way

THE MOST ORGASMIC PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD- Truly the best pizza i’ve ever had, better then any fast food chain pizza’s there is out there. We got the chicken alla alfredo and it was beyond expectations. It was so fresh with ingredients and so cheesy, just melted in your mouth. Staff was so friendly and welcoming the vibes were just perfect for the cold season. Went on a Monday night and wasn’t too busy and wait times were pretty quick. Will definitely be going back for my next Italian craving.

The Skip driver made a mistake and brought the wrong order (it happens). Not only did the restaurant call and own the mistake, but they offered either a refund or a fresh pizza. I chose the latter and, not only did they make it fresh and get it to me ASAP, but they brought the original (which was still hot).

The food tasted great and the service was above and beyond. Definitely would order from them again.

This was by far the worst pizza experience of my life. We waited over an hour for a simple pizza, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and tasteless.
The staff were shockingly rude, not just to us but also to an Uber driver who came in to pick up an order. It was uncomfortable to watch them treat people with such disrespect.

Absolutely the worst dining experience ever. My wife and I went for a nice meal, but instead, we were treated to rude behavior and ridiculously long wait times. We sat there for over 45 minutes , watching the staff treat not only us poorly but also be downright disrespectful to an Uber driver who was just doing his job. Completely unacceptable! It ruined what should have been a special night for us. These people have no idea how to run a restaurant or treat customers. Total waste of time—avoid this place at all costs!

I had an awful experience at Famosa Italian Pizza. I waited over an hour just to get my food, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that’s supposed to be fast-paced. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude, showing zero concern for the long wait or the inconvenience it caused.
If you can’t run a restaurant efficiently, maybe it’s time to reconsider whether this is the right business for you. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who values good service. WORST🤐
