First time there from a referral in an Edmonton Reddit post, was a little under whelmed at first, only a few tables and 4 loud chatty patrons that echoed in the empty space ....BUT ... the chef beef sandwich in my 63 years was absolutely the BEST sandwich I've ever had, ever. OMG it's sooooo good !! Highly recommended.

Chef beef was an excellent sandwich at a good price. Arriving within an hour of closing, they also let me choose any pastry for free, so I had the apple pie turnover cronut and it was the best cronut I've had.

The 2 working behind the counter were so sweet and friendly. They invited me to bring my dog in and even wrapped up some bacon for her. I ordered the OG and it was amazing!!! One of the best sandwiches I think I've ever had! Will definitely be back

I've been here many times and the food is always delicious, service is great, and atmosphere is awesome! I've tried most things on the menu and they never miss! This place is a rare beauty and you should feel comfortable ordering anything on the menu with no risk of not liking what you get!

I expected more from a proper sandwich shop, especially in terms of selection and ingredients. I had the beef sandwich which was just a few slices of cold roast beef with arugula and chips for $12. Not much flavour other than the arugula, and while the bread was good, this item wasn't interesting. I don't think I would try again unless the menu changes.

I stopped by Farrow while visiting Edmonton from Montreal, and wow, the Chef Beef sandwich was absolutely amazing, packed with flavor and so satisfying. The service was just as impressive, super kind and welcoming. Let’s just say the staff went above and beyond.
Such a great spot, I’m glad I made the stop. Definitely worth it if you’re in town!

I stopped here by chance because I was too hungry to wait out the line at another place nearby, and I'm very glad I did! I got the Grick Middle breakfast sandwich. The bread was obviously fresh and had a nice crustiness without being sharp. Of all the ingredients, I was most skeptical of the tomato jam but it turned out to be the show stopper! What I didn't understand at first was how a tomato jam could be superior to ketchup or a slice of tomato. Once I tried it I understood. As expected, the tomato provides a refreshing contrast to the heavier elements while turning the umami up to 11 but the jam texture really allows the tomato to permeate through every chew without being overpowering. Incredible!
Been coming here for years. Amazing, creative sandwiches. Their veggie/non-meat (vegan?) Sandwiches are excellent as well.
Highly recommend if you haven't checked it out.

There’s only 1 veg/vegan option, but we LOVED IT! Ground round and zucchini with some unique flavours and the perfect amount of slow-burn heat on a delicious crostini bread. Looks like they rotate this sandwich so I’m looking forward to trying their other creations. Fun vibe inside with friendly staff.

East to find place. Service was good, polite and well educated about the menu. Atmosphere was black and white Easy on the eye. Needs more cleaning tho. Tables needs a good wipe down and floors could use some mopping.
Sandwiches were fantastic, taste and freshness was pin point. Quality was out standing. Highly recommended place. Prices were reasonable too. Best part was they change their menu every month. They got 2 more locations. I would definitely go again. Overall it's a 7.9/10
