I love all the Farrows, but this one’s 2 blocks from my home. Farrow is one of my favourite Edmonton chains. High quality, consistent, delicious, and local food that’s also perfectly affordable for what you get. What more could you ask for!? I frequent all the locations but this location seems to have the friendliest staff around… maybe I’m biased but I also love the music in this location.I almost always get the feature sandwich for the month and it’s never disappointed over the last few years. The Grick is such a staple too..Best bang-for-buck sandwich spot in Edmonton.

I always get the Chef Beef sandwich and what makes this yummy has to be the pickled onions. Super refreshing to every bite in contrast with potato chips. However I find the bread to always be kinda hard to eat with the sandwich (like it's too dry for me) but perhaps that's because I like my bread softer and more plush. Also the amount of aioli they put differs depending on who makes the sandwich as sometimes I would a decent slab but other times when there isn't enough then the whole sandwich can be quite dry and hard to eat. I like how this location has seating inside though!

Every time I leave Edmonton on way back to Calgary it has become a tradition to grab some sammiches from Farrow. Especially after a long night of partying, the Grick sando hits differently. I've gone to several locations in Edmonton and came to realize something - Calgary needs a Farrow location ASAP!
