The food is undeniably very good and this is usually one of my favourite places for breakfast. However the food hygiene practices I observed today while waiting for my sandwich was truly disgusting. I observed the male staff member wiping things down with a dirty rag then proceed to prepare my food with his bare hands without washing his hand. He then started using his cell phone while handling my food (still barehanded). After I pointed out how dirty cell phones are he skowled at me and asked if I wanted me to remake the sandwich. He then ran his hands under water without soap, dried his hands on that same dirty rag, grabbed raw bacon with his bare hands and continued preparing my food. Once finished he threw the sandwich on the counter and glared at me until I left. Incredibly disappointed in today's service.

I had been meaning to add a review for this amazing restaurant for a very long time. Let’s first start with the location; it’s nestled in the wonderful neighbourhood of Garneau… extremely picturesque.
Once you walk into the space, you’ll notice a no nonsense space - designed to take your order and get you fed!
Let’s focus on the food. In my opinion, the best, most delicious and most authentic sandwich you’ll ever have anywhere.
The service is delightful, and the overall experience is second to none.
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I will always be a loyal customer.

First time I tried it today the OG sandwich is amazing definitely glad I stopped in. Highly recommend!
Stumbled on this place and happy we did! Ordered a sprinkled donut and oh my goodness! I planned on taking a bite and bringing it for my husband….. I ate the whole thing. Got the chef beef sandwich ……was really good. Will be back for sure!

First time and it was spectacular! The employees were kind and knowledgeable, and their Grick Middle was spectacular! I really enjoyed their cold brew blend as well as how it was served.
