Farrow is a staple in the neighbourhood. The sandwiches are great. The coffee is good. They have a good selection of baked goods. The rotating sandwiches are always good, and anything with candied jalapeños is great. The cronuts are SO GOOD (the plain ones are the best). Their catering is also great!

Absolutely love farrow. ❤️ Can't beat the Grick for breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is always hot and delicious. Pastries are high quality for reasonable prices and the flavors are always good.

Wonderful little sandwich shop serving delicious food, fresh donuts and other confectioneries, and great drip coffee. Best sandwich place in the city!

Food was good but the restaurant itself is disgusting. I almost did not go in because of how dirty the door and walls were. Make you wonder what staff hygiene is like. I get that the building is old but it can still be kept clean. The flower pots outside were just filled with weeds- not a flower in sight. If you can’t bother with flowers at least keep the weeds down or maybe put the pots away! Turning into a dive.

First time we had been to Farrow. We came up from Calgary to visit some friends and ended up grabbing lunch here.
The sandwiches were delicious. The cookies and donuts/cronuts were as well.
Farrow will be a must stop place for us whenever we travel back and fourth between Calgary and Edmonton.

I have loved the sandwiches at this location for many years. We came today and the sandwiches were fine, but the place is grubby, The whole restaurant could us a good scrub. The floors, walls, doors etc. are dirty. The staff did not appear to be doing much after our sandwiches arrived…they might grab a bucket, soap, water, and clean the place. The restaurant’s condition has me worried about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Came here for the first time. Watched the bearded guy making the sandwiches not wear gloves while making the sandwiches AFTER he scratched his nose and wiped it on his pants. I think that is very unsanitary but did not want to make a scene as there was a lot of people there. The girl who gave me my coffee did not close it properly and half of it spilled on my way out. Do not recommend for these reasons!

Had my first sandwich today, Porcetta special and OMG. The pork, the sundried tomatoes, swiss, arugula and the bread!!!. Sauce was very flavourful and just lightly toasted. Absolutely a new favourite. You would never know it was there in this area. I hear there are line ups and disappointed customers when they run out over lunchtime, it's that popular. Oh and staff were friendly and courteous. Exactly what you need. Go there and you will not be disappointed.

Sandwich witchcraft is practiced here. How else do you explain the consistency of these unreal sandwiches?
Amazing. Every. Time.
