I don't usually write reviews and l've been to many fatburgers in edmonton. Since the new owner took over, it's the most fresh fatburger l ever had for years! Onion rings are fried in fresh oil and crispy. Milkshakes are the delicious. If you want a clean kitchen and delicious burger, that's the one! Atmosphere is very comfortable and staffs are wonderful and thank you Bayo! 😊

Went out for a family dinner. All of us enjoyed 2 XXL burgers (giant burgers), 1 XL burger and 1 mushroom burger. The poutine was great to add to the burger combos. Our family will definitely be back to try more. 😀

I had the BEST experience at Fatburger thanks to Genie! She went above and beyond with her kindness. I showed up right as the store was about to close, but instead of turning me away, Genie kept the doors open a little longer just so I could get something to eat. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it really made my night. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, but she treated me like my visit actually mattered.
Big shoutout to Genie—she’s the reason I’ll be coming back again and again. Fatburger is lucky to have someone like her!

Came here for the first time in a long time. We ordered a king burger combo and a mushroom swiss. The food was amazing. Even looked like the picture😅 Service was great. Even checked on us to see how everything was going. Nice to see a burger place give 100%

My senior father used to love coming to this location for poutine. The service is friendly enough and the food is good. I was sad to hear that he literally pulled up to the restaurant a few days ago and ended up going to another poutine place across the parking lot -- because the pressure by the staff at this location to tip (for simply bagging up a to go order) has just become too much for him. This was my experience there in recent months as well. Makes the environment very uncomfortable if youre dining in. Someone needs to talk to the staff about this. Super friendly until they see you didnt leave a tip and then all of a sudden your order takes 20 minutes. Never used to be this way - Im not sure what changed. 😐

Terrible service. Workers don't know what they're doing. I waited 45 for my food before I left without it. 4 workers couldn't handle a table of 6. I waited watched them cook 1 burger at a time and move in slow motion while doing it. They stopped and talked and discussed old orders they forgot to clear from the screen. Meanwhile, another patron walks expecting his order that he made 1 hour and 20 mins prior. I went to Wendy's instead. I got my food in 8 mins.

Had the 1/2 pound burger and onion rings and both were amazing. Fresh ingredients and as an onion ring guy, these rank right up there with the best. Juicy, crispy and not greasy. Chatted with the owner, Max, for a bit. Super friendly guy and the other staff were great as well. Will definitely be coming back!
