I ordered a $13.50 burger for my Dad last week. I even gave them a tip. I asked for no onions and relish (twice). Dad went to eat it a bit later and there was onions and relish. He threw it away! I contacted Fat Burger via email....no response! You'd think paying almost $15 bucks for a burger You'd get what you asked for! Never again!

The manager contacted me...offered me another burger and fries, which was great. Thank you....

Fatburger offers classic, hearty burgers with generous portions and customizable toppings. The patties are juicy, and the menu includes a variety of sides like fries and milkshakes, providing a satisfying fast-casual dining experience.

However,the namao location is amazing! But the quality may vary slightly by location, and prices can be on the higher side compared to other burger chains.

Screaming music, old decor. SuperBurgers are tiny compared to Red Deer, Ab. I feel there specials are overpriced with less meat then Red Deer AB. I feel for a burger it's to costly.
