Garbage. Take your 50 dollars and donate it to charity and save yourself the anguish of trying to eat this crap. And your response is designed to hide your lack of genuine concern and limit public exposure. Btw ... tell your philippino staff that people have translators on their phones and know that they are making rude comments about customers.

WOW! The food I ordered was so good! I had the Cajun chicken burger with fries and pop. Pop was nice and crisp, the fries were fresh and hot and that chicken burger. I honestly was not expecting that quality and taste and deliciousness to come through on a burger. The quality of the meat was that Ive ordered at earls or cactus cafe… I ate here on the 18th anniversary of the casino so it was super busy and crowded, we did wait a little bit for our food, but that was expected with the line up. I feel like that speaks alot to the food as well being so fresh and good, even in a busy time it wasnt rushed or skimped on. The staff was nice, the restaurant are was clean and even got a 10% discount with the casino membership card 🙂. The drive will be worth it for me to order from here again!

We were a little disappointed with the experience.this was ann anniversary date night Our focus was the crab offered at the buffet. The crab was cold and very waterlogged. Not our favorite prep method. The other offerings at the buffet were ok. Fairly good assortment with plenty of choices. Service was good. Attentive but not intrusive. Our waiter did surprise us with a happy anniversary cake. This was appreciated-but occurred after we had already visit the dessert station.

We go all the time & this time was the worst. The crab was over cooked, the butter was watered down & the selection wasn't worth the money. The only good thing was the desert table!

Service and friendliness was excellent, as always. The food, however, was mediocre at best. We went to Crack the Crab night for my birthday and I will say the crab was so watered down and a little too mushy for my liking (the shells were brown which turned me off). The shrimp was too vinegary. As for the prime rib, it was too bloody. The cheese selection was so dried out. The dessert selection was ok. The only part of my meal I found appetizing was the salad bar. For the money spent ($140.00 + tip) was not worth it to us and a very big disappointment.

Everything was excellent! The food and service were awesome. Thanks to the chef for accommodating our gluten allergy. We appreciated that the chef personally ensured that everything was prepared properly and the gluten free option was delicious.

Supper was great!! The food tasted amazing, the service was very quick, and Joseph, our service was very helpful, checking in with everything along the way. We each ordered the special, steak and prawns, and it was cooked exactly how we ordered it!! The desserts were amazing as well! We will return, especially before another concert!

Service is always excellent. Food was good but unfortunately, due to the dining promotion, things didn't go as well as it could have. There is room for improvement by the management team. Please staff the entire kitchen to handle the volume of patrons while this promotion is going on.

Some of the entrees should have been hotter. Most food items in the buffet were quite tasty. The BBQ salmon was not very good at all. Prime Rib was amazing. The fresh penne station was great.

Service by our waiter was horrible. Didn't return to ask if we would like anything else and we felt we were totally ignored. Had to ask someone else for our bill, as well. We loved our food. Just didn't feel too welcome or appreciated.

Terrible service, asked for an allergens menu and 8 of them just stood there shaking their heads.

We reserved a table during the "Crack the Crab" promotion. The food was decent, and the price was reasonable. Each person was given a crab clamp, but it was almost useless because the crab leg shells were soft and difficult to crack. The clamps were only useful for the claws, which were few. Most of the time, we had to use our teeth and fingers to open the shells, making it hard not to create a mess on our table and hands. A pair of scissors would have been a much better tool to cut open the shells without making a mess. We didn't eat many crabs and stayed for less than an hour for obvious reasons. It was a disappointing experience for us. A pair of scissors would have changed everything!

My muscles in curly sauce and the smoked salmon were not edible. Both were very, very salt compared to the last time I went. Most of the food at other buffet part in the back was horrible. The roast was tough and barely able to chew it and other items were cold. I've had better expirences at this place and normally would recommend it to anyone but after last night I do not think I'll be back for the price you guys charge.
