very pleasant atmosphere clean food was very tasty and reasonably priced have been a customer for 17 yrs at this location and never a bad experience new staff especially the young lady on till very attentive and seems to love her job also

We were trying this burger joint for the first time in Canada. We have tried their Dubai franchise couple of years ago. Here, we ordered New Yorker and Cajun Chicken burgers with a strawberry milkshake. The burger were succulent and juicy with right balance of flavours! There was nothing extraordinary about the milkshake. Kusum was extremely friendly and polite, from taking the order to clearing our table. All things said, we will definitely visit the place again. The burgers.. Try it for yourself!

The girl working at the front was really nice, this kind of service is hard to get now a days. Thanks for the service and keep up the good work.

I visited this location with my grandparents around dinner time. I asked the cashier about the ingredients in the Impossible patty, since I have a dairy allergy. She said she didn’t know and just walked away without offering to find out. Then someone from the grill, wearing a red t-shirt, came over and responded with a rude attitude, making me feel embarrassed for even asking a basic question about their food. The service was extremely poor—staff didn’t seem to know anything about their own menu and weren’t helpful at all. I ended up just ordering a milkshake with Oreo milk, which was disappointingly runny. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location and definitely won’t be coming back.

Since when are their boneless bites cut up chicken fingers ?!? Saw the girl use scissors and cut them in half and toss in sauce. What a joke! $26 for overpriced garbage.

First time here, service was good and the restaurant was very clean.

Most importantly the burgers were amazing. Will definitely be back and do recommend this location.

Really good burgers and fries.

Had ordered 3 meals and 2 sides of fries didn't get our fries till we asked again for them, and staff was quite rude, when we asked for the fries,and even ruder when asked to have it boxed up.

Burgers here are so gross. Ordered the 1/4 burger and XL king burger and all you could taste was the onions and the meat was so gross tasted old. We each only took a few bites.
Got the Cajun curly fries and paid extra for those and barely any Cajun on it.
No whipped cream on my milkshake. Even though the picture shows it

Be warned, ordered a meal thru uber eats. Said it comes with burger, fries, coke. Paid $30, no fries came. Called them, lady said it doesn't show on her side that there's supposed to be fries. I read it to her right from uber eats. She said she could offer me a future coupon. So I paid $20 for a burger and she says there's nothing ahe can do to refund me or send me my missing fries. Never eating there again.

The staff was great! The place was clean and organized well. They were genuinely interested in how their service was.
