Sandwich was soggy. The lady making the sandwich was extremely rude and dismissive. I paid and asked for receipt and the cashier ignored me and proceeded to the next customer. The whole atmosphere was totally unwelcoming. Have been a customer for years for work events. But after the in-store experience today, we are taking our business elsewhere. This place has gone downhill.

I used to love going here many years ago. Now I go sometimes because itâs close to my work, but itâs gone downhill. A couple of times I have gotten stale bread and once I could not eat the sandwich. I called to complain and they gave me a free sandwich the next time I went there. But still very disappointed.

Went to fifendekel with my boyfriend and it pleasantly surprised me. The sandwiches are the whole experience!!! 1, theyâre delicious and 2, you can make your sandwich completely custom to your liking. They also have delicious homemade pie đ itâs also a very welcoming space.
They gave out free breakfast this morning for some kind of customer appreciation event? I wasnât expecting it at all. I thought it was very sweet. Aside from that, I love how their prices are reasonable. If you go to a popular âchainâ sandwich place that shall not be named, youâll pay double. For ultra processed, not the freshest ingredients. They serve ârealâ food here. Love it!
