Ordered catering for a work event. Very impressed with the quality of the food. The staff were super friendly and quick to serve, even though it was very busy inside. I had to make a change to the soup and they changed it smoothly without any issue. Very happy with the service and quality here, as well as the price!

The tuna sandwich was very fresh and tasted great. The service was excellent and friendly, making the experience even better. The inside of the place was clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this spot, and donāt miss trying the pie. itās delicious too! !

We had such a wonderful experience at this south side Fifendekel in Edmonton. Their food is always fresh, delicious, and feels genuinely wholesome. The kind of simple, healthy comfort food that never disappoints. We came in about 15 minutes before closing, and the staff could not have been any kinder. They welcomed us in with friendly smiles, never rushed us, and treated us with such genuine warmth. Itās rare to feel that level of hospitality these days, and it truly stood out. I ordered a turkey sandwich with broccoli soup and a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie, everything tasted homemade, fresh, and full of flavour. To top it off, they even offered us some leftover baked bread instead of throwing it out. Such a thoughtful gesture! This Fifendekel has earned a loyal customer in us. Great food, great people, and a level of service that makes you feel valued. Highly recommend!

Great experience eating here, the staff are always friendly and work hard when there's a line up to get people through. The sandwiches are great but the pies are the best. It can get pretty busy sometimes so if your planning on eating in you might want to avoid the busy times or it can be a challenge to find a table and parking.

Just plain disgusting serviceā¦..thr staff preparing sandwiches are sickā¦..Iām amazed the public accepts thisā¦.the owner is probably just like themā¦.thats the only explanation. Why do we sheepās settle for less. Boycott this business until the owner steps up his customer service

The lady that made our sandwiches was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I went to order a sandwich and was told all the kinds I wanted ran out. While she was serving my wife, she had an extremely rude attitude. I ended up leaving with nothing and could care less if I ever went back there again. The food and ingredients were good, but the lady that made our sandwich is also didnāt know how to make a sandwich and it came out very sloppy. The restaurant itself looked very nice, but you donāt wanna stay very long after the service you receive.

This location I rarely visit, now I know I won't again. No lineup , no service until waiting at the cashier, then told to order at the entrance where no staff is... 1 coffee and 2 sandwiches, no lineup... 45 min no food. While waiting I had someone dump a coffee all over me, nobody, including staff handed me a napkin or anything until I asked for it. Sadly I already tipped, but won't return to this location if you paid me. They cashier is the ONLY staff who did their job refunding me. The ONLY service I received was a coffee that I poured myself. I hope they bring a manager into this location as 3 of the 4 staff seemed to be ignoring customers like myself and several others that I had to direct to get staff to take their order while waiting. Go to another location, it's not worth an hour of my day and having to replace my work clothes.
