Awesome food. Friendly staff. I had the Black Forrest Ham sandwich and it was so good. All ingredients tasted fresh! The pies looked so good, but I did not have one. Definitely a great place for a repeat visit!

Delicious, fast, friendly, good atmosphere, well priced. I got a biscuit, a cup of soup, a sandwich, and a slice of pie for 22 dollars.
Ridiculous service. Gave them a call couple of times (3 times exactly) just wanted to confirm and see if their morning sammy is serving all day or until specific time so I can pre-ordered or not. Arrived at 11:01 waited in line and trying to ordered the morning sammy. They told us it is not serving after 11 and the time was 11:04 (and there is no indication or writing on their menu showing this). I asked since I tried calling them w/out answer and they didn’t even try provide great customer service by saying no it passed 11. Don’t even try calling them to order ahead as they never picks up the call and wasted my time driving to the store. Management and customer service are sucks!

I love fife n dekel - i use to always go the west end location.
I started going to this location and the girls at the sandwich bar just need to slow down a bit in stead of slapping everything together - the last couple sandwich's have been so sloppy put together. I wouldn't normally send a review but im annoyed that my sandwich just fell apart while eating

My fave is the chicken salad on sunflower with a marinated salad on the side. Fifendekel is one of my go-to’s for catering because they have something for everyone. This is the best location imho ?

It’s a decent place to grab a lunch. The pie is really great. Can’t eat there often because of the prices. It’s quite expensive and I would say the average lunch price is 20 dollars. A big turn off is the price of their canned pop. Huge mark up and not justified considering it’s a 355ml can. It’s about 2.50 when it should be 1.00. Everything else is already expensive. Don’t care for that.

Fifendekel is definitely a gem of Edmonton. I have not had better pie or sandwiches anywhere else in the city. When I first bit into their chicken salad sandwich I was transported back to my grandmother's kitchen like when I was a child. A truly magical experience. Every pie I have tried is amazing especially their chocolate cream and pecan. Highly recommend!

Our favorite lunch stop but we are always bothered by their lack of environmental concern. Please at least separate the garbage into bins for food scraps, recyclables, and plastics.

I love the atmosphere, the service, and most of all, their freshly made bread and pastries. Their sandwiches have this unique flavor that can satisfy both the palate and the tummy.

I used to visit another location often when I worked on the north side of the city. Happy to see the same level of quality food and service at this one. Food was good and staff were friendly and efficient.
However, I visited this restaurant with my baby in a stroller and there was no obvious way for us to get from the parking lot on to the sidewalk without carrying the stroller over foot-high parking bollards. Perhaps there is access onto the sidewalk somewhere that we couldn't see, but even the handicap parking stalls that we could see had the bollards placed without enough space to roll between them.
