Filipino food elevated to a whole new level, filipino food sometimes gets too oily but they manage to preserve the taste without making everything too oily but making it still tasty. Chori burger is definitely the star - flavourful and moist kinda regret getting the single patty because it it so good. I've been to the Filistix location at the UofA and really enjoyed the food, but this was my first trip to the downtown location and had such a wonderful experience. A friend and I dropped in for lunch and while I knew the food would be delicious, I wasn't expecting the wonderful service we received from Ren. I had some food from the food truck tonight. It was so good, I was going back for seconds while my girlfriend finished off the first order. Fantastic food from Chef Sean, and great service from Marc. Would recommend making a point to visit them when you see the truck.
