We ended up here accidentally, and I tell you, the place wasn't packed but the atmosphere was great, our waitstaff was awesome, she made recommendation, she had conversations with us, kept updating and checking in, even when it was close to closing time she never made us feel like it was time go. The owner did a great job on the vibes of the place and the staff is good at keeping up with the vibe. I was from out of town but I would definitely visit again.... great job 👏 PS: we were there on a Monday night.

Absolutely gross! I’ll never eat here again. Only thing good about this place is the atmosphere but not very clean. Very uncomfortable seating, rude staff and food is cold and old. Sat at the bar for like 15 minutes before they even asked if I wanted a drink or food. I should have walked out!

We had high hopes for this place since our friends have been here before, our first mistake sadly. Our group went here this evening and I’m thoroughly disappointed. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and over all vibe however the service is abysmal to say the least. I understand a big table can have spotty service but this was absolutely abhorrent. As someone who has spent a decade in the food and service industry this company should be ashamed of what they call “servers” . I’m sure I would have gotten better service from the bar. The reviews said as much should have believed them… Our server at one point came over and asked if we wanted our bills, me and my husband were still waiting on our entrees and my drink refill. When I mentioned this she went to go check. While I waited I watched, cause like I mentioned i have over 10 years with this industry, she was flipping though her notepad which means she’s looking to see if she wrote it down AKA didn’t ring it in. We waited over an hour for our entree order and about 45 to 55 for our onions appy… there was more but it’s getting long 🙃 Most people we were with tried to order a few things and they didn’t have them. One couple after ordering and waiting an HOUR for spring rolls were told “ oh no one told you” no ma’am that is your job to tell the customer their order is 86’ed. Being totally honesty this place would run better without waiters. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 BTW we went to eat a restaurant who would feed us.

Decided to check this place out as we were in Edmonton, really enjoyed it. Loved the music that was playing, friendly place. Food and drinks were good, food was a really good price, but can add up quickly.😂

Been here a few times. Love the menu and affordable options. Service has never been great, but when we went in Aug of 2025 we actually had to walk out. For 30 mins (yes we timed it) we were not served - we sat at the tables beside the bar and got to watch as the waitress spent the entire time flirting with the regulars. She knew their names and drinks. 10 mins she sat on a stool talking with one of the regulars without even acknowledging us. I’m 43 years old and this is the first time I’ve walked out of a place. I won’t be back… I often wondered why a place with affordable food was empty compared to the rest of Bourbon Street and now I know. A couple of girls walked in after us and also walked out. Maybe a bar in a tourist mall should make sure everyone gets attention and not just the four guys at the bar.
