Not only did Stephanie make this process, extremely easy, she went above and beyond and made the experience of placing this order satisfying.

I visited the store on Saturday around 9:30 PM and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff member at the till, named Huanya, was very rude and unprofessional. When I politely requested for my order to be properly grilled, he responded in a tone that felt like he was shouting at us. He didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, and seemed very frustrated and unwilling to help.
This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. As customers, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy.
I’m giving 3 stars only because I regularly visit this place and, on other days or times, the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. It’s unfortunate that this one experience stood out so negatively. I hope management looks into this issue and ensures all staff maintain a respectful attitude toward customers.

I ordered 2, that’s TWO bacon cheeseburgers to go and when I got home, there was zero, nadda, nothing, and zilch sign of any bacon. Man, does that piss me off!!!!!!

i had a poutine and the gravy was awesome and the cheese was stringy and there was a LOT!! they also added extra fries so double the awesome. oreo milkshake was cool too i liked the vibe

Service was great, food was terrible. Tried 5 guys for the first time, not sure what all the hype is about. I got a poutine and a burger. The fries were overcooked. The gravy was bland. There was about half the amount of cheese you would want on a poutine. I couldn't even finish the burger. The meat is the most bland patties I've ever had in my life by far. The cheese was the most disgusting processed cheese I've ever eaten in my life. I'm not exaggerating. Buns were greasy to the point of being soggy. Asked for hot sauce to try to make it better and even that was bland.
