All around bad service, lack of training. The burger did not taste good. The fries did not taste good. In addition, I was charged $.25 for a bag that I never received. I was also not allowed to bring my own bag. And American Express was not working again.

We don't have a 5 guys where I'm from so it's a bit of a novelty, this location was great. Food was fresh, staff was friendly and the restaurant as a whole was very clean including the bathrooms. Overall great experience ?
