Use to be a great burger place. Maybe to much staff turnover with the low wage but yesterday was terrible compared to a year ago.Not sure where to go now as this location was great

The Food Was Great As Always. It Was A Busy Day, But Easily Found A Table.- The Wait Wasn't Too Long For Our Food.- The Only Concern I Had Was The P.O.S. Payment Pad Had 3 Options That You Had To Pick From For An Assumed Tip Before Choosing To Pay For The Single Burger !- It Just Seems That A Tip Nowadays Is Due Automatically, Rather Than Based On The Service As It Used To Always Be !- I Am Always A Reasonable Tipper, But I Just Don't Like Being Assumed That You Must Pre - Tip In Advance, Or You Won't Get What Should Be Standard Fast Food ServiceParking: Drive Up Local Parking, Several Spots Were Available Including Handicap accessible Stalls .

This was our first time visiting the Windermere location. The staff behind the counter were all friendly. However … as a group we ordered 3 burgers & regular fries. Each burger was actually 1/2 a patty NOT a fully patty. The fries were WAAAY over salted (and believe me, I love salt). We were extremely disappointed with this location.

Ordered the cheeseburger "all the way".I love the sloppy burger and the amount of fries they give you is great value.It was a cold night, don't sit by the door it gets drafty when they open.
