After watching a movie at Cineplex, my little family planned to have dinner at Five Guys at exactly 9:16 PM, as requested by our toddler, who loves their milkshakes. When we arrived, it was disappointing to find that they were already closed. While we understand the need to allow time for cleaning, they should update their hours on Google, as it states they close at 10 PM.

These guys are great. Food is delicious. But, how do they charge 10 dollars for a cheeseburger, and 5 dollars for a fry?! We got 2 single cheeseburgers, 1 regular fry, and 1 regular fountain pop (1 side of gravy). 32 DOLLARS! ?

First of all, I love five guys. I’ve never had an issue ever until tonight. It was pretty simple. I ordered a large fries and five guys is very famous for giving the fries and then throwing quite a bit of fries in the bag as well. Tonight my fries weren’t even filled to the top of the container and, probably a quarter of a container full on the bottom of the bag The fries were end pieces and might have got about seven real sized fries. They were barely warm On a good note….I got a side of gravy and it was delicious. I have lots left over because there wasn’t enough fries for the gravy I Drove 25 minutes out of my way to get the fries, knowing that they’re always great I was very disappointed tonight

Worst burger I ever had, it was pink inside and the bun was mushy also, Falling apart and hard to eat. So burger underdone and mushy Bottom bun, I paid $25 for a burger , fries and a shake. Crazily over priced and not worth it! The only thing I likes was the candy Cain Shake, Fries and the free peanuts you get.

What a great new location Not a fan of having to wait 8 minutes for a milkshake and fries when it wasn’t busy at all!! That and when there’s kids waiting for something as simple as a milkshake generally that should be priority But it’s clean it’s big the staff are super friendly the portions are great! So overall I’d recommend it

Best place on the northeast to get a burger that is reasonably priced and custom to what you like. Burgers are always delicious and the staff are always great.
Asked for extra bacon and they put half a piece total also missing half my toppings i asked for how hard is it to do what it says on the screen in front of you if can't read go back to school
