This been our “go to” Five Guys ever since it opened. Great service, consistent food taste and quality…until yesterday. I hate to say the Little Bacon Burger was the worst I have had from this or any other Five Guys locations. The bun was dry! I was told it is toasted and therefore it dries put the bread. I understand that toasting will do that to some extent, but not to the point that the first bite was like biting into a salad crouton. The burger was over cooked where it was dry and tasteless; like McDonalds. Had to have a drink to wash it down. All in all a very disappointing dining experience. The photo is taken the following day. Will be trashed. What a shame after spending over $50 on burgers fries and drinks.

I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of the manager of this store her name is (lisa) she was very rude and disrespectful I request the owner or the franchise’s head that please change her as she don’t know how to talk with the customer or the skip driver. I have the video of her how she is overreacting. I will put a picture of her. I will never go to this place also i will reach out to the twitter or other social sites about this matter. If i have chance i will give the manager a negative rating. The team members are good they are polite. Just the manager named lisa is not good at all.O star

very friendly staff along with being careful with allergy concernsDietary restrictions: they don't have gluten free buns tho your able to get your burger or hot dog in a bowl along with toppings to make a "salad" which you got to chop it up yourself, though you are provided with a fork and knife

Really great burgers, lots of options, and you get to choose your own toppings. You also have the option to eat free peanuts. On the downside it is quite expensive for a burger, and especially a meal. But if you are ok with spending a decent amount of money for a good burger, then Five Guys is for you.Dietary restrictions: Cooked using peanut oil, a person with a peanut allergy cannot eat here.
