This place never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, cheesy, and delicious. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend for pizza lovers!

Satvir made me the best regular donair I’ve ever had! The beef was incredibly soft, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was bursting with taste, and the seasoning was spot on. Easily the most delicious donair I’ve had so far. Highly recommend this amazing place – and especially Satvir’s donairs made is delicious and price is so good

I always go this location and the service they give is excellent. Whatever toppings I ask or changes i want to make in a pizza they do it with a smile on their face.

ordered a 12 inch pizza but it looked off about its size so when i got it home I measured it and it was 10 inches one way and 10.5 the other way, sause was bland and tasteless. i dont think id order from here in the future

I put my order in for delivery online, it took my payment but it never directed me to any page after it took my payment… I didn’t even get an email saying my order was being made so I called the restaurant to make sure I was getting what I paid for. That’s when she let me know that delivery was closed that I would have to come get my order. Why have the delivery option on there then?? She called me at 6:50 pm saying that my order was ready…. I went to pick it up. She handed me a pizza and a pop and said have a good day!! I let her know I paid for pizza, wings and a pop and she checked the system and saw the wings on there and I had to wait for them. I sat there for 20 min waiting on my order… which she said was ready 🤣🤣🤣
The pizza was alright, kinda lacking on the amount of toppings!!

Went there 4 times already. Food is good and very nice people working there.

I emailed them and gave them over a week to reply, and because there was no response, I am here leaving a formal review for others.

Whomever the owner of Flame O Pizza & Donair in Cartmell Pl seriously needs to hire better staff.

We ordered online and was advised that our order of 4 donairs and garlic bread would be ready in 30 minutes.

No problem.

Show up on time and was told our order hasn't even been started yet, even though there was no one else in the restaurant.

Was told it would take 10 minutes.

20 minutes pass and 2 of our 4 donairs are made....

Now I'm being told that the other 2 donairs will take another 20 minutes to make....

Again, there is no other customer here in the restaurant or other orders being worked on.

I asked to speak with a manager and the girl simply tells me they don't do that, and stares at me wondering if I want the other two donairs to be made.... I actually had to tell her to please just complete our order that was already paid for online.

Over 90 minutes to complete a simple order of 4 regular size donairs and garlic bread, with an empty restaurant.

This is what our donairs looked like.... barely any meat inside.... Costco pre-packaged donairs have more meat than these....

I love supporting local and helping boost the economy of our community; however, this is seriously unacceptable.

Ordered take out for the first time here. Pizza has potential. I would suggest for a meat lovers which is shown on the left needs to be meaty. This is the least meaty meat lovers pizza I’ve ever had. Not sure why the meat lovers has onion and mushrooms? The pepperoni and bacon shown on the right is extra cheese. IMO it’s regular portion cheese. The crust is good and was cooked good. The pizza sauce I did not like it tastes cheap. Brown guy at the till who served me was friendly and called me when my order was ready.
