Wonderful place, amazing food, especially for those with sensitivities or allergies. They are very careful if you do have allergies. I can finally eat so many things I haven't had in years, and they taste amazing. I had gotten used to bland food due to my allergies, but not now, Food in the Nud has given me joy in eating again. They are extremely health conscious while making the most delicious foods and baked goods.
Their coffee is the best you will ever taste.

This place is my absolute favourite. We come here on a weekly basis and get a huge order. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The treats all look beautiful and taste great. Definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for something healthy and paleo.

I’ve been buying custom cakes for years now. My kids absolutely love this cake and my wife honestly can’t live without it. Fellas…… flowers are okay but let me tell you, cakes will keep your marriage together forever. I’ve travelled everywhere and look for every paleo bakery I can and there’s nothing that even compares. Go get yourself a cake.

Ordered baby cake smash as I dont want my baby to eat refined sugar as he is only 11mos old. First time to try their product but I will not go back again. The cake bread is hard. The frosting is too oily and my baby slipped in his photoshoot during his cake smash. The bread of the cake was hard and baby did not like it as he almost choke on it. My baby is a good eater and I was so excited for his very first cake! Disappointed that he did not enjoy it. Also, they forgot to put a writing on top of the cake.

I’m obsessed with this place! I often go for snacks or a quick lunch. I also get my kids birthday cake from here every year. The staff is incredible as well, very helpful!

The options in the store are always all very good. They are on the pricier side as they use whole ingredients only. But if you have allergies, they are a great option.

Decent gluten free items, but not "amazing". Unfortunately I would classify the baked goods as "obviously gluten free" - meaning you can tell it is gluten free and doesn't taste like it's gluten-containing original. Perhaps it is because they combine both dairy and gluten free ingredients rather than simply a gluten free version and a gluten free+dairy free version. For example, the carrot muffin is good but the icing absolutely destroys the entire taste of the muffin. A carrot muffin with classic cream cheese icing would have made this item a 5/5, but the icing on it pretty much turned me off to the entire thing Regardless, it is a nice treat to find a gluten free bakery and I'll likely return if I'm seeking out a treat.

As someone who is basically allergic to most things and has such severe dietary restrictions. It is such a breath of fresh air to walk into a bakery and find food that I can eat. There is labels with all the ingredients and the staff are so kind, friendly and very helpful!

I ordered a loaf of their bread online and went to pick it up today. When I lifted it up, it weighs 3 times as much as a normal loaf of GF bread. Got home and did the ultimate GF bread test which is trying it not toasted. It is friggin amazing. It tastes like a normal loaf of high end bread. Its also organic and you can pronounce all the ingredients, meaning not a bunch of chemicals and preservatives. Its well worth the price and I will be ordering it again.
